I have been experiencing construction jobs in three different countries for over forty years, and I’ve never seen any performance, quality and customer service like Shadow Wood Flooring. Oh my! I used them for my entire first floor, and had them subcontracting for kitchen cabinets, vanities and countertops. The results are AMAZING! They provided an outstanding quality with such a great team – and so friendly too – for a great price. They addressed every single issue and question in a timely manner and addressed every issue with smiles on their face all the time. They also left my house cleaned and moved all of my furniture back where there were. Unbelievable!!! If I need anything else for years to come, I’ll just have them to do it for me. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Miranda, Pedro and the team: I just can’t thank you enough. My house looks gorgeous because of your outstanding job. You have my gratitude and appreciation forever! Thank you so so much!

I’m blown away! I got an estimate Friday for new LVP flooring for the main level of my house, and the work was scheduled for Monday. It was finished before my kids got home from school! And the floors are gorgeous! The care the team put in shows in the details. The measurements are exact with no gaping, and the furniture was all put back carefully. I can’t recommend this company strongly enough!

This company is absolutely amazing and I cannot say enough about the quality of their work, the responsiveness, the explanation of details, and working with my insurance company. I had a nightmare flood in my basement, and they immediately came in, took over everything and handled all the paperwork communications with the Insurance made recommendations for the type of floor that I should use gave me discounts on Carpet for my stairs never in and out in just a few days and just did an exceptional job. They are one of the best contractors in any field I have ever worked with. I can’t say enough about the quality of their work! Hi are these people for your next floor painting or any project !

Tried to schedule an appointment to have a repair estimate done and was told they would not come out unless I first signed a contract that they would get the job. Have not had this issue with any other company we contacted. —Update to response— Clarification, we were NOT asking for an estimate for a full scope of work and then only performing the repair portion. We were asking for an estimate for a full scope of work and then completion of that same full scope of work. Two years ago we had floor repairs needed due to water damage caused by a burst pipe. This damage was repaired by another company. Unfortunately we need the same scope of work done again due to damage caused by a leaking dishwasher. While we did go with a different company 2 years ago, we still want to receive multiple estimates for this repair as that is generally the practice when getting your home worked on. I would understand if it is your policy to not work with customers who got estimates from you but did not go with you in the past. What I don’t understand or appreciate is being called unethical for wanting an estimate for work to be done.

I needed an LVP floor in my basement and dropped by this store because it was nearby; by sheer good fortune I happened to find one of the best businesses around. Without a clue as to where to start given the seemingly unlimited options, the team helped me navigate to several possibilities and encouraged me to take home samples. Just a few days later my new floor was installed with evident professional care and looks outstanding. Pedro is affable and easy to talk to and my experience working with his team was purely positive. Support local businesses and give them a visit!

We had an excellent experience from the moment we walked into the show room. Miranda was extremly helpful and gave us suggestions, Pedro provided great insight and service. The team that installed the floors were very skilled and polite. We had various quotes and Shadow wood flooring price was better. Highly recommend – great customer service too

Another wonderful experience with Shadow Wood. They installed hardwoods in our home in Johns Creek a couple of years ago, so when we moved to Jasper they were our first call. Miranda has been wonderful to work with and Alfonso and his crew did an awesome job. His recommendation on layout direction and color matching stain were spot on.
