This job was for second home on st Simon’s. I’m not there all the time and so I didn’t notice the poor installation until about six months after the job. Numerous calls were not returned. I went into location with a picture of the bad installation and was promised I would hear back. Never did. On a subsequent call they said the issue was a repair, insinuating I did the repair or hired someone to. Numerous more calls with a promise to look at the issue with no follow up. This is where they pieced in around a threshold and the seams overtime became visible. I would post a picture but I cannot on this review. I do not recommend this company.

I was short 20 tiles, purchased elsewhere. Original store ran out and I called several places. Alexis at Brunswick Floors called the manufacturer and ordered within the hour. She was helpful and communicative. Awesome experience!

Eddie and James came and replaced the floors in my Mama’s house and they were so nice and professional. They offered to do anything they needed to for her be able to move around the house while they were working. Five out of five stars from me!!

l had Damien Gahl (A flooring specialist?) Give me a quote on stretching the carpet on a mobile home I had moved. He quoted me at $1800 on restricting the carpet in 3 rooms and replacing it in one. Seemed a little high but let’s roll with it so they wanted $1000 down witch is understandable they came by to do the job and said they couldn’t the carpet was too far gone and gave me a quote to replace the carpet in whole house for $2900 so instead I decided to do vinyl and do it myself so I went to get my refund back they only gave me $400 back and charge $600 for the carpet that doesn’t even match

Got a guy to come out and quote on fixing previous carpet and agreed on the price and put a deposit down to fix. Then the workers came out and said it couldn’t be fixed and said they’d get a new quote on more carpet and let us know. Called us with an outrageous price and we declined. Tried to get our deposit back and didn’t even get half back because they ordered the carpet without us picking it out or aggreeing with the price. Made us pay for their mistake. Terrible customer service and communication. Would not reccomend.

Dont hire workers from there on the side , they will take your money and not finish the job. They will be in Brunswick flooring truck, use their equipment, order tile from there and Brunswick flooring says they arnt involved. 20,000.00 worth of tile ordered from them and paid in full. Bad buisness. Just MY OPENION.

Under new ownership and they are fantastic! We’re in the middle of a kitchen renovation and needed a few tiles to complete the project! Mr. Guest went above and beyond to find a matching tile!

Jeff the salesman came for estimate on Sept 08, 2021 for our remodel with tile for tub walls and floors for our master bath. The tub tile grout was wrong color so I stained myself for $100 discount. The crew came back to correct 3 crooked tiles on floor then the floor had to be completely regrouted. The work was finally finished the first week of March 2022. Jeff only came once to check on work during the process. A carpenter replaced some rotten wood around the lower part of window of tub for $699 for 3 hours work, the job price was never given to us to approve that part of the job. We could have done this part of the work ourselves. The office manager lowered the price $155 today for said work. Two in-store emplyees told us they should have given us this quote for the window repair before but Ashley the office manager said that was not true. I went it to the store once and Jeff made me wait 10 mintues while he finished talking with a friend, not a customer. The bath looks great now but not without many misteps. I will use another store for future work on this old house.
