Highly recommend XPS to all flooring professionals. The service is Amazing, the quality of products they offer all all top of the line quality. Well stocked. If they by chance a product is not available that day, they’ll have it delivered and in stock within 1 to 2 days max… As far as The staff and customers service, I would love to give a shout out to Shilo and her team for all their hard work and dedication to each and every new and current customers. Purchased Rockhard Polyaspartic kit for garage job. The product was more expensive than other products, but I was told it was the best on the market and guaranteed. The coating was applied to fully cured new concrete and failed within a few months. Contacted the company and was told I would need grind everything off and reapply. Additionally, I was told I would need to repurchase the products. Why would anyone pay to reapply a bad product. Don’t buy product from this company!

Demanded an upfront deposit on $4000 on an $8000 job. Did one day work and never came back. They promised in all correspondence to be back the next day and stay until job completed. Caused us to be out of the office for 6 weeks on a 3 day job waiting on them. I hired another contractor to finish the final 2 days work. TOTAL SCAM. RUN AWAY FROM THESE guys. Rich Kruse and Bobby Pietrasko are scam artists!
