I had an appointment for weeks. They called and asked to come sooner, I said no, they called a week later asking to come sooner again, again I said no because I had already arranged my schedule with work. They called AGAIN and said I had to change it earlier or later, but the would not do the agreed on dates.

I don’t mean the quality of the products, actually they are good, but the manager Felix, (he doesn’t have his last name on the business card), charged a price for a cabinet on the day of my first visit, I offered to pay the same day and pick up said cabinet the next day, he did not accept at that time, he said to pay for it when picking it up. to my surprise the next day Mr. Félix was not in the office that day, in his place was a lady who charged $200 more, which we questioned and she contacted said man, his response was “if you want it for that price ($200 more than the day before) take it, otherwise leave it there”, quite dismissive and rude his response from a MANAGER and poor customer service not knowing how to deal with situations

i love this place , the customer services attention is definitely rate 5 they treat me like a family ,services extraordinary they help me out from kitchen , floor , bath counter tops , amazing !!! i do recommend. !!!!

We were so happy with our first experience renovating kitchen with new granite countertops and cabinets we got our bathroom vanity and granite countertop there as well. Will be returning soon for bedroom carpets. Highly recommended!

They were very helpful and patient as I picked out my new floor and granite! Ended up replacing cabinets, with the great prices they had. Everything from the removal of the old to the installation and finishing touches were handled personally and professionally, with beautiful results!! Minor adjustments and fixes were quickly handled, even after payment was made. I have already referred my friends and neighbors to them after they saw the amazing transformation of my house.

The 2 stars are not for the work that was completed. They did a great job in installing the granite countertops in the kitchen. I was just upset at the fact that they left my sink and faucet not installed. They told me I should have done my research that they do not re install the sink or faucet after they take off. Also there was a gap between the countertop and table they came by and dropped off a crown molding expected me to put it on then after talking to the guy he said he would come by but he never did.

I have now had 2 installers attempting to lay carpet in two bedrooms. One bedroom was laid but the other bedroom could not be laid due to the installers did not follow the install diagram and there was not enough carpet for the other bedroom. I am still waiting for the company to make this right. I have been waiting for 3 weeks to get my carpet. I am very disappointed in how this has been handled. Next Day – an installer, Arn, came after my first post and did a great job. He worked it where the entire bedroom was installed and the closet will be done when more carpet is ordered. I can’t say enough nice things about Arn.
