Jack Dean installed flooring and baseboards on our first home, which was seamless. The workers were very nice, quick and thorough. We loved the experience so much that when we bought a bigger home and did renovations we knew we would go back to Jack Dean. This home was bigger and we wanted a bit of a different look and feel for the flooring which JD helped immensely with. JD has a great group of people working there and make the process so much easier for clients. I’m very grateful to have a company like this in Sarasota that you can trust! Excellent quality on all levels.

Jack Dean Flooring Review? Wow! Where do we begin? They made our 11+ year dream for new flooring come true! Fabulous customer service by EVERYONE from start to finish is “unheard of in these parts” and what sold us the most!! Their schedulers, estimators, installers, and demolition crew are very courteous and cleaned up with little trace of the past. The comfort of doing business with a family owned and operated business with unforeseen knowledge of the ever-changing industry impressed us. Their personal touch, and the ability to speak with a representative who returned many calls (usually within the hour) with the explanations and solutions needed. Jack Dean Flooring’s continued support encourages us to refer them. Our new floor dream came true and was well worth over-coming all of the COVID & Tariff related delays.
