The company Rip me off for $ 150.00 They gave me estimate I agree to . I gave Deposit after that they raise me again $1100.00 . That’s the price I didn’t agree to and I asked for money back. It’s taking them more than a week To send me a check but it’s going to be a $150 less. That’s a Rip off to me.

We had an amazing new hardwood floor installed in my office today. Aly, the sales specialist, was knowledgeable and very helpful. She helped us find the flooring that we were looking for. The installation crew was courteous and very efficient. We would definitely recommend American Flooring, Cabinets and Granite to all our friends and family.

Had Berber carpet and vinyl plank installed 3 weeks ago. Aly was very helpful and efficient at the Pensacola store, in the showroom. She came out and took the measurements. My complaint is with the INSTALLERS. The carpet was cut too short in the living room and master bedroom. The carper does not even meet the base boardoard in the master bedroom. There is a gap. In the family room, and dining room, a beautiful job was done, carpet tucked nicely under the baseboards. Michael, the installation manager, came out and took photos, the same installer came back out to “fix” the issues, by attempting to stretch the carpet. Well you cant stretch something that has been cut too short, just admit it. Total job, $9900.00, paid in full, for shoddy work. 3 stars, only for Aly, and Michael coming out, and showing concern.

Haven’t gotten the floors put in yet, but the service and employees are INSANELY amazing! They are so nice and patient! She didn’t shadow us or pressure us, and she was so friendly. 100% recommend! Go here if you want floors!! They got us in as soon as possible, which turned out to be two days after we looked! Great place!

I worked here for a few months before deciding I wanted to get back into real estate. This is a high end flooring store but they do have some deals when it comes to in stock items. They are contractor friendly – you can buy just material or you can have the company do an installation for you. The install manager here works closely with the hand picked installers and they do your floors CORRECTLY. All of the sales associates are trained on all flooring types and know their stuff. They also work directly with the install manager so you will have constant communication during your project. I learned a lot here and was treated well by all of the staff. It is a semi local business with the other stores being in Mobile and Gulf Shore. They also sell backsplash, shower tile, granite countertops, cabinets and rugs.

Salesman Gary was very helpful… he knew the products, had good ideas, and his experience as an installer was helpful when I had questions about detail. He wasn’t pushy or overbearing either. Definitely recommend him. Also found their prices reasonable.

I’ve been waiting for over a year to get my kitchen finished. First installers didn’t install somethings wrong, took 10 months for more materials and still waiting 🙁 …
