We LOVE our new floors. Nelson was great to work with and we couldn’t be more pleased with Jerry and Charles, who installed the floors. They were courteous, careful and cleaned up at the end of each day. The communication was great throughout the process. 5 stars for Unique Flooring and Design!

Nelson and his contractors did an excellent job installing our commercial LVP flooring and carpeting at our wedding venue. Nelson took the time to explain all of our options and order us samples. His crew showed up and worked hard until the job was done. The venue floors, staircase, and upstairs carpeting came out exactly as we wanted. Thank you!

Glad to have selected Nelson and team to do our flooring. Not only did Unique Flooring and Design provide competitive pricing, but their attention to detail, friendliness and scheduling updates during installation process was very important as I work from home office. The fact that we can support small, locally owned business is high in our criteria during any project selection process. We will be using Nelson and team again for other upcoming projects in 2024.

November, 2022: We first looked at big box stores. Then Unique was referred by work colleagues, and we liked what we saw in their homes. Nelson is a great, solid guy, and a veteran to boot! His luxury vinyl installer, Gerry, also a vet, was amazing–great, caring craftsmanship. We loved what they did upstairs this year, so are inviting them back to do downstairs after the new year, SUPPORT LOCAL! March, 2023: My second review, return customer. Last year, Unique Flooring put in Southwind Harbor Plank LVT upstairs. Yesterday they completed Happy Floors porcelain downstairs–AMAZING work. Truly expert craftsmanship–single unified pattern throughout house, perfectly level, straight lines–exactly what you would expect. The installer Yasnovy has a good eye for detail and recommended some changes to improve our design. His crew also were amazingly kind and meticulous. They took extra time and care–vacuuming and mopping at beginning and end of each day, taking great care in moving large piece of furniture back and forth. I expected quality work and they greatly exceeded expectations. Nelson is so knowledgeable and is great to work with. Top that all off with reasonable competitive pricing!

Nelson runs a tight ship… Luxury flooring 1300 sq ft. And 2 bath renovations!! Unmatched quality and workmanship and incredible workers.. Will be using again!!!

What can I say about Nelson and his crew! I’m from New England and our family has learned a hard lesson down here in FL…heads you win, tails I lose. Not the case with Unique Flooring. From the very beginning Nelson and his crew were excellent in communicating to us. If there was a problem he always checked in. Very reasonable price. He transformed our patio floor into something beyond our expectations. You CAN trust Unique for your project and never worry if it will get done and done right! We will be hiring them again for indoor flooring!

Owner is nasty and rude ! I heard him tell two lady’s their not allowed because they were just walking the plaza giving information about something that was being promoted. It’s one thing you say no I’m good but I can I help you with anything else and another to say your not “ALLOWED” in the store who is he to know if they were actual people you wanted to shop and explore more. Just my opinion!

I needed carpeting installed and flooring. My laminate was sold to me by floor and decor. Because they didn’t buy it they refused to service me. Honestly I’m upset you showed up on Google first page results and wasted my time. There’s this thing called a disclaimer. You should really learn what it is and write one. I would have read it and not wasted time or yours. Enjoy the 1 star review for lack of decent information. Now I live in Oviedo and they’re in Oviedo. Petty! Just flat out petty!

I called 10 days before Christmas and a panic to get my living room carpet redone before unexpected company. And can you believe that they did it. The installers were courteous and professional. The rug was perfect. And I will probably get the rest of the room. I also had a large remnant of the carpet bounded, and although the binder was backed up, they kept me informed of status. I would definitely recommend unique flooring and design, and I definitely will use them again in the future.
