Words cannot express the excellent work done in my home. This company puts customer first. They did my entire upstairs three years ago and had the entire downstairs done three weeks ago. And the house looks amazing. The men that came to install were awesome, friendly and professional. John was so accommodating when I had to call him three times to reschedule and did so patiently. Anyone seeking floors, I highly, and I mean highly recommend Integrity. Great company and staff.

I do not recommend had flooring installed in three offices last year and they are all buldging up near door ways and there is no water damage. Store said it was water damage. Had problems day one. Finally get a response s year later blaming water issues which is not true. I was able to hire another flooring company to come fix it. They came in and removed the boards and took some off the edge and it flatten down and has laid flat for two years now. They said they would send a rep out and they did not. They only sent an installer that made the mistake. Glad I found a qaulified installer to fix it

This is simply the best flooring company I have ever used. Their showroom in Oviedo had a great variety of flooring options and they had clear cut pricing displayed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had them tear out flooring and install new vinyl flooring in 4 bedrooms in our house and they did an outstanding job. The planks were laid perfectly, all thresholds were properly placed/secured, and it looks like they even cleaned our baseboards!! It was obvious that the installation team was good at what they do and that the job was high quality work. I would definitely recommend this company!!

This store does not deserve even a 1/2 of a the given star. They need to change the name of their company Integrity, there is no Integrity in the way they handle their business. They make NO EFFORT IN COMMUNICATING WITH A CUSTOMER. I placed an order October 25th with John, payment taken on October 26th, with promise of delivery between October 31st – Wednesday November 2nd. Having 2 bathrooms remodeled ( before my husband comes home from being deployed) I attempt to spk with a representative from thr store for follow up on the receipt of my flooring ordered, I left A Message with NO RESPONSE , SO I ATTEMPTED THURSDAY FOLLOW UP, NO ANSWER/ NO RESPONSE, I ATTEMPTED FRIDAY , LEFT YET ANOTHER MESSAGE , NO RESPONSE. I DRIVE 45 MINUTES TO THE STORE , Only to be told br Troy, the shipment is MIA, but I should teceive an update on Monday 11.7.22 . No phone call, NO ONE answers when I call myself, only to receive an email advising they should have more of an update on Tues am. I Myself have to make yet another call to the store , able to speak with Randy, who only let’s me know that I can cancel the order and I need to go elsewhere for my flooring. No Quality In Customer Service here !! Lacking communication skills. INTEGRITY LAMINATE FLOORING IS A COMPANY I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!! I am one to use reviews , so I take the time to review , whether it is positive and or NEGATIVE in this case, to help others.

I was told that tile underneath the laminate would be fine. Big fat mistake. They definitely lied to get a sale and now all pieces are coming apart at the seems

We are SO happy with our floors! Integrity Laminate Flooring made the process super easy and it all got done incredibly fast. The people who installed our floors (Freddie and his team) did such an amazing job!
