Just got our floors done today! This was a very easy process from start to finish. We got very competitive pricing on higher quality floors than the competition, and it could be installed in a day. They came out today, moved furniture out of the way, and completed 3 bedrooms of flooring in a little less than 8 hours. I would strongly recommend them!

Coner and Anthony were a pleasure to work with in selecting flooring. Their installation crew, headed by Jose, was prompt and very professional. We were exceptionally pleased with the end product.

My experience with Fairfax Floors surpassed our highest expectations from our store visit at their Main St. Lakewood Ranch location to the installation today. My wife and I were greeted by Connor, their very courteous and knowledgable sales person, in the store. He listened well to our description of the two rooms we were interested in re-carpeting in our Del Webb home. He then guided us to a wide array carpet possibilities one of which we selected. We then worked out the price and the installation date. The installers arrived right on time, and completed the installation in a most professional manner. We love our Fairfax Floors freshly carpeted rooms!

We just had the most wonderful experience with Fairfax Floors and the subcontractors they hired to do the demolition and installation of our new whole house flooring. They were on time, clean, friendly, professional, polite, detailed oriented, and very knowledgeable and friendly! We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Connor also gets special mention for being patient and working with us to make this all possible. Without hesitation, I would recommend Fairfax Floors. The get 5+ stars from me.

Great experience using Fairfax Floors (LWR location). Conor was our sales person and was a pleasure to work with. Very communicative, professional, and informative. We went with an LVP, and the brand we ended up with was not a brand I had my eye on, but fell in love with the product when I saw it in person, and Conor sold me on the rest (quality, dimension, etc.). The installation process was seamless and the floors came out better than I expected. I will be using them again in the future for any flooring needs that arise. Thank you, Conor and the whole Fairfax team.

Unfortunately, I took my friend’s recommendation to use Fairfax Floors for a $4500 floor replacement in my condo. I am forced to take Fairfax Floors to court. The installers should have used a level to check for dips in the existing floor before they floated a vinyl plank floor on my existing ceramic tile floor. They simply slapped the new floor on, and left. The excessive play between the original floor and new floor has caused it to crack and split apart. The owner ignored an e-mail, and a follow-up USPS Priority Mail letter. NO RESPONSEs FOR TWO MONTHS. Owner Steve finally calls me, makes lame excuses as to why two months have passed. Stops out to the house, states ” I can tell it’s because of the water leak by just looking at it. However, I will fix it for free. I will send out someone to plan the repair”. Two weeks pass. I e-mail Steve, asking where is the guy to plan the repair. Owner’s response: ” Well, I interviewed your neighbor ( without my consent) and the leaks caused the problem. YOU CAN THEREFORE FIX IT ON YOUR OWN. ” ???? I showed him letters from a mechanical engineer, and from a licensed home builder, who state that it’s from a bad installation. They noticed spongy spots all over my floor. The home builders tells me ” How does water cause a vinyl floor to have huge dips below it?? Is he kidding? Fairfax ignores problems, hoping we will go away. Then, stutters and hems and haws about the obvious problem. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Connor was very helpful in helping us select samples to bring home. He came out and measured. Carpet installed 2 weeks later. Mike, Bill & Brandon were the installers. Did a fantastic job. On time and professional. Moved all the big pieces of furniture, vacuumed and left our home clean. Would highly recommend!

We were very happy with our floor renovation with Fairfax floor. We had tile and carpet removed. They were on time, . professional , and cleaned the job site every day. Conner the manager called and checked in daily. We would highly recommend Fairfax floor.

Did an amazing job!!! Looks great and finished on time. We live in Delaware and worked with Conner remotely by text and phone to confirm color choice and schedule the install. Conner and his team made a tough situation a great experience.

In our Condo … We replaced the builder’s thin carpeting in our bedrooms with Mohawk USA Flooring … Laminate Wood . We used Fairfax Floors in Lakewood Ranch . Conner the manager was amazing and very helpful showing us many floor samples but we wanted USA 🇺🇸 made …so the Mohawk brand was perfect. The Fairfax install team brothers Frank and Francisco were so professional and respectful. They removed all carpeting and took in away … part of their service. Moved furniture and installed our new floors in 3 bedrooms in a day. Friendly and excellent workmanship. The total experience of our flooring change was easy and we love our new laminate wood floors. Thank you Fairfax Floors …it was a plesure !
