The store has a lot of options to pick from, I was able to find exactly what I had envisioned. Those Floor Guys were recommended to install my floor and tile throughout my entire home; they did a fantastic job and I could not be happier with how everything turned out.

I couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome. From start to finish, their customer service was exemplary. Every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The installation team was professional, efficient, and clearly skilled at their craft. The attention to detail and the quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations. My floors look absolutely stunning, and I have received numerous compliments from friends and family. We had a wonderful experience at the Flooring Center. We live in Wesley Chapel, FL and needed a higher quality Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring to have our contractor install. We weren’t impressed with the quality of flooring at our local spots. Ended up messaging this company on Facebook one night after seeing a particular flooring we liked to see if they only sold the flooring without using them for install. They messaged me back at like 10pm that night and talked to me about what I was looking for. We ended up going over to this location a few days later and they had a ton of flooring actually on the floor (one of which is the one we chose). Super friendly and helpful. Even let us take some flooring boards home for free to check it out in our own home. We ended up purchasing the flooring through this place of business. Looks amazing. A few weeks after it was put down, my contractor realized he underestimated the amount of transitions we needed. Contacted them again and they were so supportive and helpful and getting me another transition piece. A lot of people who were there the day we visited were from the same area we live in. People travel to check this place out. I recommend you do, too! 🙂 By the way, the flooring we chose is LW Riverstone Collection – Color: Peridot Drift

Great experience with Jeremy, Lee and the crew. They replaced over 2k sqft of carpet . It was an easy and pleasurable experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend. We chose a laminate and it makes the house feel bigger. Better quality than those big stores. Highly recommend.

Great experience using the Flooring Outlet to replace our old carpet with new floors. Jeremy is super knowledgeable and allows customers to take samples home to determine what works best. Installers (those Floor Guys) were great, hardworking, and know what they’re doing. All around great experience!

Highly recommend. They have a great selection of flooring amoung other home remodeling needs. Jeremiah is extremely knowledgeable and will steer you in the right direction. Good size samples to take home and try. I just purchased 1286 sq’ ft of 20 mil. vinyl flooring, received in 4 days and we love it. Lee, who measured for needs was pin point on with 1 box left over. The installers were here on time and we’re very pleasant. It only took 1 1/2 days to install and they did a great job. Put The flooring Outlet Center on your list to visit if considering floors.
