Rey Finish Concrete Corp 2 months agoI have written maybe 1 review in my life. This will be my second and if there was 0 star option, I would pick that one. While I wish I could comment on the quality of this company’s concrete services, I can’t due to their total lack of follow through and unprofessionalism. I called to obtain a quote and was greeted by the owner who was rude and acted like somehow it was him who was doing me a favor instead of properly interacting with a potential PAYING customer. He set an open ended appointment for the following week without providing a time certain. When I asked him to confirm the date and time, he again informally set the date without providing the time. He asked for a picture of the area that needed the concrete work. This was promptly sent over to him after the call. After that, there was absolutely no acknowledgment or follow up of any kind. I cannot in good conscience recommend contractors who exhibit such poor customer service. I highly doubt I’m the only one with this experience and I would be highly suspicious of all these 5 star reviews.
