I recently had a wonderful experience working with Seth purchasing new carpet and having it installed in my home. The entire process was smooth and efficient, from selecting the carpet to the final installation. The selection at the store was impressive. Seth was very knowledgable and listened to my needs and concerns. There were numerous styles, colors, and textures to choose from, which made it easy to find something that matched both my aesthetic preferences, practical needs, and budget. Seth helped with guiding me through the different options to make an informed decision. The installation was scheduled in a timely manner and was professional and efficient. The team arrived on time and worked quickly updating me on progress throughout. They were careful with my furniture and belongings, making sure everything was moved safely and then replaced correctly after the carpet was installed. The quality of their workmanship was evident. I would highly recommend using Carpet One Floor and Home without hesitation and I plan to use them again in the future. It was a positive experience from start to finish, and I am grateful to have chosen such a reputable company for my home improvement project.

Working with Maggie was fabulous!!! She’s truly an expert in her field. She was able to work with me long distance to match a flooring color in a home I had purchased. If you ever need new flooring or remodel a bathroom Carpet One is your place. I had two bathrooms completely remodeled and all the flooring in my house upgraded. Carpet One did a fantastic job for me. They were professional, efficient, and courteous as I was living in the house during this renovation. Maggie (owner) assisted me in picking out the materials and decor for each project. I couldn’t be more delighted with the final outcome. My home looks brand new and I just love it. Thank you to everyone from Carpet One that helped make my dreams come true!!!

Carpet One was fantastic to work with! The front office ladies were super helpful and great at communicating. The were able to order the exact flooring I needed and within a day of it being shipped they had people over to install it! Will definitely call them again for any future projects.

Working with Carpet One Floor & Home was truly a wonderful experience throughout, from selecting hardwood flooring and carpet, to scheduling installation, to the installation itself, and the final arrangements. They were extremely knowledgeable, competent, and kind. Communication was easy and rapid. Installers were punctual and highly skilled, and they answered all my questions and cleaned up after their work. They are excellent.

We had a good experience with their services. The free estimation was easy, our sells rep was very helpful. We had the bonus room re-floored from carpet to vinyl wood planking. The job was completed in less than one day. The installers were professional and communicated with us.

We just recently bought a house and had to refloor a majority of it. CarpetOne had a easy and efficient procedure for coming out taking measurements and quoting the project. We were initially concerned about their flooring selection, but when we visited their show room we found the perfect flooring color we were looking for. They truly shined during the project execution, we had to break the project into phases due to a leaking door and CarpetOne came out to review the work site and helped us get get a plan together to put floors down as soon as possible. They were even able to squeeze our second phase in right before the holiday to complete the project ahead of schedule. They subcontractors they use were incredibly friendly, efficient, and professional as they completed the work. They were very considerate of our home and of us while they worked. We will absolutely be working with CarpetOne as we start other flooring projects in our new home.
