I paid a deposit of $1,276.96 on September 29, 2021 to Dunedin Floors & Granite, Inc after I came into their Tampa location and Joe the salesperson quoted me. The 2 page quote and bill had no legalese on cancellation penalties or time/date the quote was good or on materials purchased. I ran into construction issues with the city and kept in contact them letting them know it would take a while til I was ready since my construction was delayed again. I followed up a few weeks ago and told them I no longer needed their work/granite and please return my deposit as they never bought anything for my job they just kept the deposit. I was told they had bought my granite and I owe them and it’s been in storage. This is not what Joe the salesperson told me and followed up for months telling me they lost the granite style I wanted on the ship it was on to Tampa and asked me to come in and pick out another style. I text him and called him and said I was having issues and I will come in once I have an idea of when I would be ready for their work. I called back every few months to check in and they said when I was ready just come in and look at their samples. So literally I gave them $1,276.96 and they refuse to give it back.

Michelle & Carlos were great to work with. Being on the second floor made it somewhat of a difficult job. They exceeded my expectations. 10/10.

We had our whole place remodeled by Dunedin floor and granite and we are so happy with the outcome. Michelle and associates were great and they made it a super easy and seamless experience. Would definitely recommend!

Dunedin Floors and Granite out of Holiday did both our floors and kitchen granite. We are over the top pleased with both. Dawn in the store was great to work with and all the installers were professional and did outstanding work. I wish I had more floors and counter tops to do so I could work with them again. So very pleased!!!

We had a good experience with Armando when he worked there back in 2017. However, when we went back there in 2023 to get our carpet replaced after a toilet leak, we literally could not get Michelle to call us back. We had their guy come out and measure, we stopped by the store in Holiday to pick out carpet we liked, but for some reason the other lady could not find a record of our measurements or our file (therefore, could not help us at all) and only Michelle could help us, apparently. After repeated requests to call us, we just never heard from her again so we moved on. Very unprofessional and would not recommend this company, nor would we ever use them again. Very frustrating experience. How hard is it to call a customer back? Don’t you want business?

Thank you Dawn. You made it very pleasant for us. They did a beautiful job installing tile on the front porch. Cleaned everything after they were done. Highly recommended.

We had to remodel our kitchen due to a leak…every contractor promised 5 star service but delivered 3 stars….Dunedin Granite was amazing! Not only did they promise, they delivered! My kitchen counters are beautiful and the quality work (template, cutting, and installation) was incredible. Thank you to Michelle, James, and all the staff at Dunedin Granite.
