*UPDATE* Renee is amazing she totally fixed any and all issues VERY PLEASED with her professionalism, kindness and understanding my point of view! She does amazing work I’m blown away at how nice the tiles and grout now look THANK YOU 😊!!! I’m going to have to agree with the other negative reviews because that’s exactly what they do they promise such quality and quick turn around and then things change very quickly after first payment is made! Constantly making excuses why they only work couple hours a day a job that should have been completed in 2 – 3 days ended up being weeks and then missed grout areas which returned to fill in with totally incorrect grout color and still not completed as they also chipped 2 of my existing tiles so me being nice told them we’ll match color with grout STILL waiting on completion this is ridiculous!!! I guess maybe pursue other means and have them replace tiles instead of being nice! Will follow up if have to seek other measures to settle this! Customer Service is absolutely terrible very hard to reach them they ignore you if you allow them to so I would definitely go elsewhere and pay more now !

The floors look amazing! Smooth and easy transaction from start to finish. One stop shop… Pick out what ever product you are wanting and they will send someone out to install vs. Finding your product then hoping you can find a good contractor that can come out to install within the next 6 to 9mths.

So we had got quotes from 3 different contractors and decided to go with Floors to go due to the to promises given even though they were more expensive. But wow was that a mistake!!!! They just don’t care about their customers!!! No communication at all. No shows on many days and even a while week without even a call to explain…. a job that was told would take 1 and half weeks tops took a month….. when they did show they would work a few hours a day. 4 hours worked one day and the rest were less than that. Please beware, using this company would be a decision you will regret!!!! They will tell you one thing and do another. Can’t believe anything they tell you!!
