I worked with Lisa Albanese. She has a wonderful personality and easy to deal with! She showed me many products in the colors I was looking for & explained the differences. Very knowledgeable. She checked stock to make sure produce was in , to make sure I would receive it in the time frame I needed. She followed up several times & made sure happy and satisfied! I wish there were more sales people like her. Also, Ron the installer was just as nice and his installation was perfect.

I’ve been searching for area rugs for so long and finally, I found a well versed salesperson who gave me the proper time and input, he suggested the perfect samples and let me take them home to confirm my selections. Gabriel is also a mini celebrity I learned later… featured on the company commercials! The area rugs were delivered and installed in just a few weeks by an equally amazing team. It was so nice to actually work with knowledgeable sales professionals in person. I’m thrilled with my new rugs and highly recommend this store!
