The most unfriendly and rude people west of the Mississippi. Take your business anywhere but here. I am a contractor and had to pi k up materials for a client. Those people would not help me at all. It felt like I was an inconvenience for them.

We stopped by for a small do-it-yourself shower project to check out Schluter products. We got help selecting the correct products and great tips about the installation. I think we worked with everyone in the store, and they also helped us with tool, grout, and tile selections. Fantastic customer service even though our project was small!

Such a good experience! Amber was awesome with helping me pick out flooring and understanding options. Joanna was really helpful with installation instructions and tips, and advocated for me on shipping, making sure my order arrived in time to install it. Everyone was helpful and kind in general.

After shopping online for weeks for backsplash tile and ordering samples that were not at all what I expected, a friend referred me to the Tile & Carpet store. I was so impressed with the knowledge of the staff and the their advice in helping me select the perfect tile and referrals for installers. I loved working with Amber and how she helped work through the options to best suit my style and needs.

This store has it all! Tiles, carpet, granite and Amber!! Amber is the most amazing showroom manager and can help you with all your remodeling needs. She spent a lot of time explaining the types of tiles and helping me pick out the ones I wanted to try in my home. I will definitely use them again.

I can’t say enough about The Tile & Decor Store of Durango. While I didn’t by my tile from their store, they were still amazing at helping with advice and other products that I needed when I was struggling. I still have some updates to do on my condo and will definitely return to this store for carpet and other products in the future. Thank You so much Amber Fry and your colleagues, for your patience and understanding! You all Rock!!
