I recently made the two-hour drive from San Diego to Pro Tile and Decor, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Not only did they offer exceptional customer service, but their pricing was unbeatable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, making me feel valued as a customer. The staff went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect tiles for my home, answering all my questions and ensuring I was completely satisfied with my purchase. It’s rare to come across a store that prioritizes customer service to this extent, and I wish all stores would take note of what Pro Tile and Decor has achieved. Thanks to them, my family now has the tiles we’ve been dreaming of for our home. I highly recommend Pro Tile and Decor to anyone in search of top-notch service and quality products.

Pro Tile Decor is amazing! Despite being under renovation, attendance was excellent and the selection even better. They have a variety at good prices and consult without any obligation; In short, they helped me choose the best material for my project. My husband and I are delighted with our purchase. Very helpful and courteous people working here and helped me when I really didn’t know what I wanted but when I left I had the floor, shower tiles and shower floor picked out and I am happy with my choices.

Came here to get work done on my kitchen. Pro tile & Decor provided me with Yanette as my point of contact. She sent their guy to do the measurements and came back with a quote for work that included 160 square feet of proposed fabrication. However, the work that I needed to get done was less then 100 sq ft (which was confirmed by the actual contractor that we ended up using). Since Pro tile & decor’s quote included a charge of $43 per sqr ft of fabrication, Pro Tile & Decor were overcharging me over $2580 just to fabricate the material. What made matters worse was that they wanted me to use Q luxe for my material. Q luxe material looks absolutely stunning. I’ll give them that, however, they were new. There aren’t many people who can attest to the quality of their quartz. In addition, Pro Tile & Decor quoted me at $2000 per slab. When I asked if I can go with a more reputable quartz manufacturer like MSI, she lied and claimed MSI products were inferior to Q luxe, and that MSI only had people of Indian descent and they often overlook the quality of their materials. She claimed that she had ordered material from MSI in the past and that they frequently came backed warped. The irony is a simple google search will show you how reputable MSI is in comparison to Q luxe. You will find that MSI warranty on their material is extensively more comprehensive than Q luxe’s limited warranty AND breathing in the dust caused by the fabrication of Q luxe’s material causes cancer. As a result, I asked Yanette to revise my quote to more accurately reflect the actual work that i needed done and I informed her of my choice to go with MSI as opposed to Q luxe. 2 months later I’ve yet to receive a response from Pro Tile & Decor. If you are looking to get quartz installed I’d stay far away. Its best not to work with someone who will mislead and up charge you.
