I was very pleased with the price, job and product quality, and customer service. When I first entered the store, the sales rep was very polite and knowledgeable. He gave me honest and accurate pricing on the spot unlike the other two companies that I was getting quotes from. Also, the pricing was much better than any other quote that I received without compromising quality.

William, just a short note to express my appreciation for your excellent service. When we decided to install new carpet at our home you and My Modern Floors were recommended by a friend. In order to do our due diligence, we visited not only your store but several others including a large chain. After this review it was an easy choice to choose My Modern Floors. We appreciated your knowledge and guidance on choice of carpet. We appreciate the price and felt we received great value for our money. Once installed it confirmed the choice we made. What a mess! I called My Modern Floors, to have them come out to measure for carpeting installation. FIRST, I spoke to Victor, who told me William would call me back. William (flaming rainbow) called the next day, and said another guy would call me to set up a home visit. I told William to have anyone bring carpet swatches. William said they don’t do that. That I must come to their store to view swatches! No doubt to do a hard sell for other products. Never heard from them! Really!

Nick and his team did an excellent job.They work fast and professional. The guy who works the stairs does an awesome job. You can visit Nicks’ store he has a variety of laminate flooring to choose from and good prices as well .

We haven’t had our flooring installed yet, but out of the 5 other flooring businesses we went to My Modern Floors was the only one that had the customer service above par and made us feel very comfortable moving forward with the purchase. Nick’s store was also the one that had the piece of flooring we fell in love with and we didn’t have a heart attack with the pricing 😉 I will update once the flooring is installed in a couple more weeks!

i received quotes from 5 different companies in santa clarita…my modern floors gave me the best deal!..nick is very personable and easy to deal with!..he also had floor samples with unique patterns that i didnt find in other stores…workmanship is good, scheduling was easy, and completion was timely…overall, straightforward business that i highly recommend!
