Can’t say enough great things about my experience in working with Casey and his team to add new flooring in my house. Casey was extremely responsive to all of my texts, and his installation team showed up on time each day and did an outstanding job! Casey’s prices are very competitive, and the service and overall results are head and shoulders above the rest of the competition in the SCV. Not even close!

We were in a bit of a tight spot and needed the carpet replaced in the new house we just bought, as quickly as possible. The previous owner had 3 dogs and we didn’t know how bad the carpet was until we received the keys and all their stuff had been removed. The smell was overwhelming (the previous owner used a lot of air fresheners to mask the smell when we saw the house). We really needed a replacement to be completed before we moved in our big furniture and such. Casey was so accommodating and he went over, saw the house, knew what was needed, brought samples to choose from, and had a quote ready right away. He had the carpet delivered and scheduled for installation within a week. Casey’s men were very thorough and meticulous in installing the new carpet. They were pretty fast, too, and did such a great job. No hidden fees and what Casey quoted included everything–removal, installation, disposal. Casey and Best Flooring SCV are truly the best for any of your flooring needs!

I’m very happy with how my floors turned out and the suggestions Casey gave for what I was looking for. They are beautiful! The job was completed faster than expected and at a great price compared to other quotes. My only complaint is there was a baseboard cut incorrectly so there’s a gap there that Casey said he’d have fixed over 2 mos ago, but after following up more than once, he never got back to me.

Casey and his top notch crew transformed our carpeted, boring home into a wood laden stunner. No hidden fee’s, they handled all aspects of the job, demo, removal, cleanup, prep and finish work. Casey even supplied us with new baseboards for no cost. The pricing was very competitive, we could not be happier. Thank you Casey!

Best flooring truly is the Best!!! Casey the owner is very professional and was great at responding to texts and keeping us updated on the progress. He called daily with any questions that came up and was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy. He also has some of the BEST employees working for him. Sergio and his crew were some of the greatest people I’ve ever had the opportunity of working with. Not only are they all so kind and polite, they work hard, clean up after themselves and do the best work!! They were also great at communicating and making sure we were happy. It was truly the best experience! I will be recommending Best Flooring to all of our friends and family.

Casey and his team do an excellent job! They are the best! Not only has Casey installed Hardwood Floors in my personal home, I have referred several of my real estate clients to Casey. Every single one of them always follow up to tell me how great he and his team is. They are very friendly and professional. Casey is very knowledgeable on flooring and what will work and not work. He is not afraid to speak up.

We are so happy with our floors and overall experience with Casey and Best Flooring SCV! Casey is professional and readily available throughout the process-great communication. His crew is so talented and professional. They arrived on time daily, worked their tails off, clean up daily prior to leaving. You couldn’t ask for more hard working guys. Super friendly too! As for the finished product…we LOVE our flooring! We installed wood throughout, including two stair cases-a huge project. And we are amazed at how absolutely beautiful it looks! Small carpet installation as well: guys did a great job. From start to finish, we are extremely satisfied with every aspect of this experience. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this company for any of your flooring needs!
