I had a budget and a really short timeline around the holidays last year to have carpet installed. I went to one carpet place, and they didn’t have any options I loved and weren’t able to commit to the timeline. I found Direct Carpet and walked into their store and explained my situation to Rebecca. She and her husband quickly came up with a cost estimate for the space and spent time in the store showing me samples, researching whether the carpet would arrive on time and, ultimately, helped me find a carpet I loved at a great price and the installation was scheduled for a week later. I was so impressed with every part of this process and would happily recommend them to anyone.

While I liked the flooring options and the one on one customer service, the pricing made me choke on my own saliva. Not in my budget at all. Nice flooring though and the in home measurements was nice. They only measure if you’ll contract them to install your flooring. That explains the price quote. Not for my wallet, but if you can afford it, they do offer a variety of materials and options to choose from.

Highly recommend! Angie was very helpful and responsive. It took my months for my husband and I to make up our minds. Angie was extremely helpful, patient and informative throughout the process. Once we decided, she was able to get the flooring ordered and installed within a few weeks. The installers, Graydon and Seth, were professional, efficient and precise. They got the job done quickly and it looks fantastic. Affordable flooring, great customer service and quality work.

My husband Warren has ask me to send this review, To Angie Vitucci, If you can not find the right color, Angie can help you find exactly what you are looking for( which sometimes may seem impossible) she has a great eye when it comes to colors. The installers did a beautiful job and very religious about what they can do, I would like to give them 5*****.

I cannot say enough about this company and Tommy. We have had two separate flooring projects done by them in the past. Both experiences were awesome! Over time, one of our T Moldings started to wear from multiple times the dogs ruined it. The original purchase was back in 2016 and my husband and I were worried that we would not be able find a match. Tommy originally thought that we could find something close, but said “I’ll do my best to find the right match”. He warned me that it may take awhile, and it did, but we were ok with it. I just picked up the T-Molding and it is a perfect match! The level of customer service that this man and this company went to for a small replacement part speaks VOLUMES about the integrity of this company. I always believe that you do your best for your customers because you NEVER know how it will come back in the end. Whether it is another project or telling a friend, his karma will shine. Thank you Tommy, you are a class act. These days, the quality is hard to find!

We had an awesome experience from start to finish. When we entered the show room Angie took time to educate us on the various types of flooring for our home. Once we sign the contract our product was ordered and installation was within two weeks time. Israel, Roberto, and Primo all came out to do the installation and what a wonderful job they did. They were very professional, very clean, very neat and very conscientious with regard to our personal belongings. They cleaned up when they were finished every day and at the end of the job. I am so pleased with the entire experience and I would recommend Direct Carpet Unlimited to anyone looking for flooring for their home.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with the owners (Rebecca & Tommy) on 2 separate occasions 6 years apart (2014 & 2020). They went above and beyond both times. This is an exceptional business that is ran by even better people. Give Direct Carpet a shot to earn your business next time you are in the market for new flooring. They will not disappoint.
