I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bob, the owner, and his installer Mike. We purchased tiles in 2006 and flooring and carpet in 2019 for our new house.. Flooring was beautiful and about $3k less than where I found it at a competitor. When he measured my home, he showed me where we could keep existing tile in laundry room and save money. I appreciate the transparency and recommendation.Upon installing, I remember seeing a wet spill on the protective paper. Frantic (or neurotic 🤣), I called Bob with my concerns. He said I’ll be over in the hour. I was truly impressed with his quick response. Recently, we noticed some issues with the flooring. Again, Bob and his team were quick to remedy the issue. They stayed in communication and did a beautiful job. It’s a breath of fresh air to have a company stand by their work. Bob, Mike and Tim….thank you!!! We truly appreciate you making it right. Highly recommend anyone in the market for carpet, tile or flooring to go with them!!!

Sending a huge thank you to Mike Perreult (hardwood flooring specialist) and team (Tim) for replacing/restoring my baseboards a few weeks before Xmas. They were extremely professional, started and finished on time, cleaned up after work was complete, and the craftsmanship was top-notch! We had a dishwasher leak underneath vinyl flooring that spread throughout the first floor, damaging kitchen base cabinets/back splash and drywall in several areas. We received several bids from contractors but all were way beyond what our insurance adjuster’s report provided. So we decided to act as general contractor and job it out ourselves. We first went to A1 Flooring because they had installed the vinyl flooring five years ago when we first moved in and were delighted with their work and pricing. After speaking with Robert there we learned that they offer a separate service called A1 Restoration that could handle the rebuild of the kitchen and drywall as well. The owner of A1, Bob Chamberlain, personally came out to give us the quote (which was much less than the others) and assured us he could work directly with the adjuster to make sure everything would be covered. We hired him and it was the best decision we could have made. He did meet with the adjuster who raised his estimate accordingly and the work began immediately. Every employee involved in this project was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and communicated their plans to us daily. Arturo is a master craftsman who rebuilt the cabinets perfectly and handled all the plumbing, drywall and painting. He worked every day until the job was completed and even came back to fix a minor issue afterwards. Mike led the flooring team and exhibited the same craftsmanship and work ethic as Arturo. This was a big project and all work was completed in three weeks and the results were beautiful – better than before the flood! We were happily astounded by the way Bob stayed on top of the progress and communicated with us nearly every day. He and his whole team do exactly what they say they will do on time, on budget and with total professionalism. We are customers for life!

Ian’s team is fantastic. We moved into our home about 18mos ago and some of the planks had buckled due to prior drainage issues that we have now fixed since we moved in. We know the crew came out to fix the floors before we moved in and they’re now removing large sections of the original wood flooring that the new floors were floating on and placing new boards underneath for a permanent fix. I’m sure the company is losing money on our home at this point but they stand by their work and that says a lot about their integrity.

We purchased a new home last December and did a complete renovation. We hired Ian and his team from A1 Factory Flooring to demo our old carpet and tile flooring and replaced the entire household with new laminated flooring. They did a super fantastic job and have referred them to other friends and family! If you want the job done right and on time, I would not hesitate to call Ian at A1 Factory Flooring!

A1 was amazing from start to finish. Bob was very communicative keeping me updated every step of the way. We had both drywall and flooring installed and the work was absolutely immaculate and the workers were clean and fast. We have worked with several different contractors and this company was by far the best. Bob is not your industry norm, he truly cares for his clients and does what is in their best interest.
