Needed to get a replacement carpet for my closet – they have a ton of ‘remnants’ with sizes that will fit almost any space. Wide range of prices too. Remnants come with a standard backing pad, which was a nice surprise. Both staff I worked with were extremely helpful and they folded the (13′ x 14′) carpet to fit in my minivan. totally professional and personable. tricky to get to because it’s on 16th Street heading North – make sure you’re in the right lane if there’s heavy traffic. Parking is super close to the entrance.

I normally don’t do business reviews or business surveys but there was no way that I couldn’t go without giving kudos to Mel Lovato and the amazing experience she gave us in purchasing the new carpet for our home. She approached us in a very professional manner when we were looking at carpet and provided us with a lot of valuable information which helped us to make the best choice in the carpet maker that would fit our home environment the best. She also helped in choosing the right padding as well. When we were undecided about the color and I called her to see if they had anything closer to a carpet color that we liked but the type wouldn’t be a great choice for our home environment she made sure to leave me a couple of swatches outside the building that I could pickup and tryout before we made a final decision. I had been referred to a carpet installer by my boss which I called several times and never received a response. Thankfully Mel had taken the extra step the day we were at Wood Bros. and had given us a couple of cards for installers that she recommended and that responded when I reached out and now they will be installing our new carpet this weekend. Thank you Mel for providing great customer service and being a part of this update to our home. You made this a very smooth and seamless process.

Amazing experience with Wood Bros and professional installer Jason (and TJ). I had new carpet, padding, waterproof vinyl sheeting, and new baseboards installed in my 1,800 sq ft house. Jason walked me through Wood Bros and helped me with selection and pricing (ask for discounts!). Several thousand dollars cheaper than other quotes that I received. Very impressed with quality of the products and the professional installation service.

Bought 800 square feet of Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring today. Ended up getting a really nice 9 inch wide plank for a very reasonable price. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Wood bros have an amazing selection of all the types of flooring and they have many varieties within your budget. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable in their areas. spoken to Scott, Jeremy and another person (forgot his name), all of them are very accommodating and patient. Given we are the first time home buyers, they were really great at educating us and gave us very good price too. Definitely deserve a 5 star. Great job! We have upgraded our lower floor with laminate and soon will shop here for the upper floor carpet too. Also, they are very quick to respond back soo definitely recommend them. They are awesome! and thank you so much for helping us and explaining things.

Jeremy skillfully advised us about selecting flooring materials to redo our entire house – we chose everything from RevWood laminate flooring to vinyl planks for our bathrooms to carpet for our bedrooms. He recommended Jason Anderson for flooring installation and we could not be happier! Jason is an expert installer who takes great pride in doing a superior job.
