Excellent Customer service! With no info on the current flooring in my home, I was not hopeful to find the exact flooring because at a previous floor store I was told it likely was discontinued since it was 6yrs old and I should just pick a new flooring that was close to matching, no help at all. I walked into SC Carpet and Blinds with a piece of my flooring and Fred was able to find the exact flooring and quote a great price! My family had a great experience getting the materials we needed to complete our Home flooring Needs! Highly recommend!

Our experience was exceptional. We were given several options which met our specifications. Installation was efficient and professional. The cost was exactly as quoted and very reasonable. THE BEST FLOORING COMPANY IN TOWN. SERIOUSLY. 975 SQUARE FOOT HOME TOOK ONLY THREE DAYS, and we stayed WELL WITHIN BUDGET. PERSONAL ATTENTION. HONEST. PROFESSIONAL. RESPECTFUL. COMMUNICATIVE. FRIENDLY. SUPERIOR PRODUCTS. QUALITY CONTROL. DESIGN ASSISTANCE. FAST! The owner of the company, Fred, takes pride in the work performed and is clearly customer-focused. Fred personally came by to CHECK ON PROGRESS AND WORKMANSHIP EVERYDAY and has called twice since completion to ensure we were happy with the finished work. They were careful not to let our pets out and worked around the painters to avoid accidental mishaps. 1 hour after project completion, my cat vomited on my NEW carpets. Twice. I called Fred in a panic asking what I could do, so frazzled that my husband had to leave the room in fear. Fred picked up on the first ring and gave me answers and even (somehow) helped calm me down. THANK YOU SONOMA COUNTY CARPET & BLINDS!
