Excellent service from start to finish, only one exception. The worker who rehung the master bedroom closet doors forgot to wear gloves and left greasy handprints by the hinge pins. I spoke with Derek our contact person at CSC, he was very apologetic and receptive to my suggestion to mention it to his employee, which I’m sure he already has. 5 stars otherwise!! Thank you CSC

Amazingly helpful staff. Very understanding of the significance of choosing flooring. Willing to order samples upon samples to ensure you choose the right design and color. *Bonus pro(maybe not pro,just frugal)tip, they have a ton of remnant pieces of all sizes and colors. Easy to select, easy to park. Thank you for the pen/stylus too, you guys took care of everything.

Derek was great to work with from his initial reply which actually answered of my initial questions, to coming out to our condo to measure and show us samples so we didn’t have to go to the showroom, and then all the emailed conversations after that to help us pick the perfect flooring! Our floors were installed earlier this week and everything was great – I completely recommend CSC Flooring & Design, especially if you get the chance to work with Derek!
