Dennis Alexander showed us an amazing number of samples of engineered wood to choose from and immediately contacted suppliers to insure our choice was in stock and available for quick pick up to start our flooring project. The foreman, Kenny, was a total professional. Our existing cement floor had a very uneven surface and they ground it down and made it completely even. We had chosen Somerset Red Oak as the wood and the company installed it, complete with sealant drying time, in less than 3 full days. They moved our refrigerator back into place by LIFTING it above the floor and walked it to the plastic mat and placed it very carefully on the mat. They did a beautiful job on the floor and put in baseboards which they did touch up work on. THE Floor has gotten an amazing number of compliments already. It looks beautiful. We recommend this company highly!

We had SAWS come in and demo our entire downstairs. We had tile with laminate laid over it, a sunken living rooms and carpet. They demoed it, ground the cement and laid fresh beautiful new flooring down. The workers were prompt every morning, respectful and great to have in our home. Definitely will be coming back here when we do the rest of our house.

We purchased our CA home remotely from NY. And in doing so, we had to coordinate the bulk of the remodeling work from afar. SAWS…sacramento area wood specialist did an amazing job! Our entire house done in 3 1/2 days from demo to completion with baseboards! (Approx 1900sf) They arrived each day on-time, extremely efficient, professional, meticulous and polite. We were very overwhelmed choosing our LVP, but Denny and wife were patient with us through the process. Highly recommend the SAWS team, we are so happy with the results!

Denny is very fair in his pricing. They were about half price to S&G. Joe and his crew did a great job. The final product is outstanding and Joe made sure everything was to our satisfaction before leaving.
