Great experience start to finish with 1500 square feet of flooring. Frank is very knowledgeable and a real pro. He made it simple. Good pricing with no hidden fees. Installer Beto also was excellent. And the floor is gorgeous.

We started the process with Kitchen Mart recommending the Floor Store and Dave. The process to measure, look at flooring, payment, and install were a breeze and the scheduling was really fast! The “A” team that was sent out really was the best! A two man crew came on a Tuesday, demolished all of our tile, came Wednesday and put in most of the flooring, and finished today! It’s been a dream to have this done for 12 years and the process was amazing. Thank you again to Dave and his crew he sent out. They really were polite, hardworking, efficient, clean, and FAST!

Nothing but a positive experience with the floor store! All the guys were very helpful with answering any questions and/or concerns I had. The installers did a great job making sure my new floor was perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Floor Store!

Frank at the floor store was great! He accurately bid or floors and was one of the best bids we got. His crew Managed by Beto did an incredible job beyond our expectations. When we get our bed rooms done I won’t bother shopping elsewhere.

I’d like to send a “Huge” shout out to Dave for his professionalism and expertise. He helped me find the right vinyl planks to fit my existing floor. This helped me repair and replace my floor. The selection is the biggest around and I went to several flooring stores. But what really sets them apart is how they work as a team. After I finished my project I needed some additional planks. Dave was off work but Larry (another project manager) helped me get in touch with Dave to order more. Great teamwork!! On the second order….I called them around 10am to coordinate with Larry and Dave for more planks….by 11:30am I was picking them up!! Simply Amazing service!!! Thank you so very much for helping me out. As we say in the Navy…”BRAVO ZULU”
