Where do I begin? The Latta Floors team exceeded our expectations in every way! From the moment we stepped into their store to browse carpet samples, we were warmly welcomed by Litzy. She was incredibly helpful, guiding us through our options and patiently answering all our questions. We were even able to take full boards of carpet samples home to test, which was a great convenience. Jason’s expertise was invaluable throughout our decision-making process. Just when we thought we had made our final selection, he introduced us to a superior, thicker carpet that was the same price as our original choice. Thanks to his recommendation, we ended up with a carpet we absolutely love. Jason also took the time to meticulously measure our entire house, ensuring a perfect fit. The installation process was seamless and smooth. Mike and Omar, the installation technicians, dedicated two days to making sure everything was installed to perfection. Their attention to detail, hard work, and kindness did not go unnoticed. Thanh (owner) personally visited each day to check on the progress and conduct a final walkthrough with us. This level of personal care and attention is rare and deeply appreciated. A special thank you to Amanda (owner) who was our guide and go-to person throughout the entire process. She answered all our questions promptly and with such a warm, kind energy that made the whole experience delightful and easy. Her commitment to personalized care and attention to detail is truly uncommon and greatly valued. Highly recommend Latta Floors!

We recently bought a house in Concord and our realtor recommended Latta Floors to replace all our flooring and they were fantastic! Everyone there is super friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. The were incredibly communicative and worked hard with their vendors to get us the best deal possible and we ended up with reasonable and fair price for the work done and materials used. We did an initial walk through of the house to get some recommendations on types of flooring and they brought a few flooring samples for that first meeting. They even let us keep a couple samples overnight so we could see it them different lighting. The next day we went out to their showroom in Livermore and saw a ton more samples and made our final decisions. The installation itself was mostly uneventful, though they did find a couple weird issues after pulling up the current floors, but they were again very communicative and gave us updated recommendations and there was only a small upcharge to fix the unforeseen issues. Everyone was on time from start to finish and even with the additional issues the project ended exactly when they initially promised, and our floors turned out amazing! I highly recommend Latta to anyone who asks for a flooring recommendation!!

I needed new flooring installed in a short time. After getting 3 estimates, I went with Latta Floors as they offered the best price and flexibility with my install date. Both Amanda and Thanh gave me honest feedback, responded quickly and communicated throughout the process. My floors turned out beautifully! We have done a lot of remodeling/renovation in our house. This was by far the best experience ever. The entire crew was very professional. Jason was extremely accommodating and attentive. The install crew did an excellent job of removing old carpet and replacing it with laminate. We are very happy with the results.

Latta Floors was fantastic to work with. They are very efficient and got the job done even earlier than expected. They transformed the hardwood floors from a scratchy mess to just like new. They also laid new flooring in the kitchen and laundry room. The floors look beautiful. I’d highly recommend them for your flooring needs
