We hired this Best Floor company to install flooring on several floors in our home. The work was good, but we did ask them to come back to re-caulk the backsplash. The problem that I have with this company is that they are very rude, and only respectful when we had a $8,000 job for them to do. After the installation, I went back to their store a few months later asking them to complete a much smaller job, they became very disinterested , ignoring me and saying that they can’t do the job. As I was walking towards one of the owners ( not Shawn), he saw me trying to get his attention, and he literally turned his head and kept walking. This is terrible customer service…That being said, if I would have known that they would treat me, their customer this way, I would have gone to another company. I warned my family and friends about this company. Be aware…

What a wonderful experience! After searching high & low to find the right wide plank hardwood in the color that matched everything else in our house, we walked into Best Floor on a Sunday that all other stores at state college were closed! Eden took the time to explain all the differences between companies & grades of wood. He gave us a lot of samples to be able to choose what we really like. Their installation was quick & professional. Overall the entire experience was great! Eden, Ali & the installation team deserve 5 star for doing a wonderful job!

We just had our entire upstairs floor and stairway done by best floor, May 2022. I highly recommend them, they had the right material selection at a reasonable price. They were very knowledgeable about the different types of flooring and helped us with the selection with no pressure. We selected the luxury SPC vinyl flooring and are very happy with the way it looks. Thank you Ali! The installation crew came out when they said they would, and did an excellent job, and completed the job in only three days!

Best Floor has a wide selection of SPC/LVP, good customer service, and competitive pricing. Eden was friendly while we were in the showroom and let us take three samples home for a couple days without a deposit (since we had been referred). We also went to two other larger showrooms on St. College. In one no one offered any help, and the other did not allow us to take any samples. When we dropped off the samples we weren’t ready to put a deposit down, he told us that prices had been fluctuating week-to-week and recommended we do, but we opted not to. When we decided on the floor about a week later, he told us the manufacturer had raised the price by .25-.75/sqft (I can’t remember exactly) but had negotiated only a .5-.10 increase because it was so close. This was during the pandemic price increases so it makes sense; a direct-to-consumer manufacturer we had considered also raised their prices by .55 around the same time (Modin). As other people mentioned, it did take a little longer to get the flooring than stated. Since they had the material in their warehouse and delivery to the store was delayed, it only pushed back the project start by half a day. But, just something to keep in mind, especially if they don’t have your material in stock and have to order it. Still, Eden was easy to communicate with via text and phone. Overall, we are very happy with Best Floor and the floor we chose from the Prime Premium Waterproof Flooring Brand. Glad that our contractor Sergio (Garcia’s Flooring) recommended this distributor, among others.
