Always a wonderful experience. I have used Brandon many times in past years for all flooring. Carpet, laminate, stairs, remove and replace, stretch and repair. Dealing with rentals he is always fast, accurate, professional and reasonably priced making turnovers even easier. Most recently I asked for install a little further out of Solano County and again he came through. This was a little trickier project than most I ask for his help with. Again, so pleased with work, efficiency, professionalism and price. Recommend Floor Aesthetics to ALL your friends and family.

My husband and I hired Brandon and his crew from floor aesthetics in February 2024 to put luxury laminate into about 2500 sf of a new 3200 sf home after build. We have NO regrets – Brandon communicated with us regularly throughout the process to plan our project, got us a better price than we found in stores on our product, delivered materials on time. The guys showed up early and competed a big job (including removal and reinstalling of baseboards) in what seems like an impossibly short amount of time with a couple of minor delays d/t manufacturing of our stair noses that were out of their control. Brandon was super responsive to tweaking and making things exactly right, and the result is a massive improvement in our now beautiful new home. 10 stars – professional, reasonable and fair pricing, fast work with a gorgeous result – I will hire Brandon for all future flooring projects and highly recommend him and his crew to ANYONE needing to do the same.

Brandon and his team went above and beyond my expectations. They arrived exactly when they said they would, worked very fast, but carefully, and installed my beautiful bathroom flooring. They even replace the damaged flooring in a bathroom they hadn’t contracted to deal with, because they saw the issue and wanted to make everything look as good as possible. Brandon even replaced a leaking connector, saving me time and money that I really wouldn’t have been able to afford. I highly recommend this store and its extremely professional crew.

We had to do a complete floor remodel of our house. Brandon was recommended by a few of my friends and colleagues at work. Brandon came out same day to take measurements and ask what kind of flooring we were looking for. Once he had measurements we went to the shop to pick out flooring. Brandon and Tessa we’re very professional. When they asked for our budget they did not try to push something just a little bit more and the price range. We did actually upgrade some of the padding for the carpet but again that was our decision it was not pushed. Once it came to do demo day and installation. We did have a very concerning issue with one of their employees. Brandon and Tessa handle this very professionally the issue got resolved same day and it was business as usual the next day. The install was done sooner than we expected. Brandon and his team were very thorough and efficient with their time. When we had questions Brandon and his team explain things a great detail to help us understand why they did things of certain way or when there was a decision to be made they asked what we wanted instead of just doing it to get the job done. I would definitely recommend Brandon, Tessa and floor Aesthetics for anyone looking to get flooring done.

I had the best experience with Floor Aesthetics on picking the perfect flooring for my beauty salon in Concord. They helped make that dream floor aesthetic come alive and it’s the first thing my clients compliment on! Excellent, knowledgeable professional and quick!
