They replaced my old/water damaged laminate with new laminate. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the installation. The crew were on time, were very professional and considerate and left the place clean and free of debris, etc. The detail work in the baseboards and all those little bits where the floor meets door thresholds are so neat and tidy. I got multiple quotes for laminate and vinyl and theirs was the lowest. I usually don’t go with the lowest bid (you get what you pay for usually), but with the good reviews and also thoughtful and helpful sales rep I felt confident. 100% would work with them again and refer to friends and family.

OC Hardwood & Laminate Flooring and Jack did an outstanding job helping us to determine the best choice of laminate flooring for our kitchen and bathroom repairs and remodel! We’ve been updating our house for the last couple of years, and finally it came time for us to do our flooring. We wanted to tackle flooring last because it’s easy to get wrong, and hard to fix, so I took my time shopping for it. I had visited 7 stores before coming to OC Hardwood – 3 large chains, and 4 smaller ones. I learned that it’s a waste of time shopping with the large chains unless you’re looking for the cheapest flooring. If you’re looking for high(er) quality go for Mom and Pop. One of the Mom and Pop stores I visited was OC Hardwood and Laminate. Jack and his staff were professional and much more helpful than what I had experienced elsewhere. They took their time to break down for me all the different materials used, how flooring has improved and developed over the years, and what type of flooring would best fit for our upgrade. He was able to work with our budget to find the best flooring type for our needs, and best of all worked really hard to accommodate our schedule so the rest of our remodel wasn’t impacted. Very highly recommended. Looking forward to coming back if I need anything else!

I did my homework and shopped around a bit, so I knew what I wanted and decided to stop by to reaffirm what I already knew. Originally wasn’t planning on buying from here, but after seeing what he offered, I happily changed my mind. Jack was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to get me much higher quality within my budget (note: the better quality stuff is much cheaper here than anywhere else). He’s eager for business, very helpful, and keeps his promises. Jack is a hidden gem, very happy I found him.
