Our experience at NY Carpets with Mike Tallon was great! Mike was super helpful and patient. He spent plenty of time with us so we could be sure we had the information we needed and plenty of samples to make a decision. Once we selected a color, he even sent photos from a previous install. Mike followed up to make sure we were happy after installation. Thank you, Mike! You made this purchase very easy. This was our third purchase at NY Carpets and we would definitely return and highly recommend.

This store is the best! I have been purchasing from Aly for 10+ years. Never been disappointed with any of their products, or staff. Huge selection of quality flooring, they truly have something for everybody. My most recent project was at my river house… I sent photos to Aly, and she helped me pick out the perfect flooring. The installer Polo and his crew were also great. They removed the old tile and carpet, installed new flooring, and left my house clean and tidy!
