We had such a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful to help us decide on the style of our flooring and never pushed to sell something more expensive than what we needed. The price was ultimately relatively low compared to other offers. The installation was super fast and the installers were also extremely friendly and very experienced. As an example of friendliness, we had asked them if they could leave us a bit of the carpet they had removed and already stored on their trailer. They asked what it was for and when I explained it was for our cat, they cut in a very cute paw shape. Very nice gesture 🙂 As a result of their competence, the installation was completed in just a few days and the quality is really great. Very highly recommended!

While having lunch with a good friend she told me about having new carpeting put in her home recently. She talked about what a big job it was and how happy she was with the company she had worked with. Flooring Direct. I immediately asked her all about them. In the past I have had two different flooring companies do work in my home. One a highly advertised company actually tried to run a scam on me by increasing the price after my existing floor had been taken up. They wanted another $1300 to complete the job. They finally settled for $200. The other company actually had one workman distract me while the other one was going through my jewelry and actually stole a gold chain. My original parquet floors were about 50 years old and I really needed to replace them. I was encouraged after hearing about Flooring Direct. When I contacted them they set up a time to come to my home to see my floors and discuss what I wanted. What a joy it was from beginning to completion. It was very obvious that they want total costumer satisfaction and beyond. Extremely professional from my first meeting with them and they were great with suggestions that would help me obtain exactly what I was hoping for. The men who came to my home, actually on the day and time that was set, to install the wood flooring was refreshing. They worked diligently perfecting their work. My new floors are beyond my expectations! The product, the service and personalities of everyone I worked with made me a believer again that there are companies in Tucson who are honest and strive for A+ customer service. Flooring Direct has also brought new friends into my life!

David and Mozhgon of Flooring Direct did a terrific job tiling our home. The installers Jose and his help Gustavo did an awesome job. The flooring looks gorgeous. I would not hesitate to have them work in my home again. I would highly recommend Flooring Direct to my family, friends and anyone who is reading this review. 1000sqft, 24×24 grey-marbled stone tile. In love with the whole process. Never felt rushed to make a decision. Artistic choice was understood and encouraged. Moji’s eye for design came in handy when I could only describe what I wanted. Prices were very reasonable. Flooring Direct was reasonably accommodating when we had a family emergency in between paying for the tile and scheduling the install. Loving the finished work. Minimal issues with install team were quickly and fairly resolved.

We loved working with Moji to select tile for our home. She was so helpful and gave great advise. The installers were very professional and courteous. We were quite happy with the overall experience and love the new look of our floors!
