Jose was great at installing the tile. The room was clean when they left and they were quiet. I didn’t get the name of the person who helped me in the showroom, he was great, He lead me into another way of matching the tile I feel he did an amazing job

The crew was awesome. Replaced tiles and laminate with LVP and replaced carpeting in two bedrooms. They were courteous and professional. The finished job is a massive upgrade to our property. Thanks for doing such a great job.

Daniel was incredibly valuable when it came to picking out my flooring. I had my heart set on hard wood flooring but then I explained my specific needs and he guided me towards tile that looked like wood. It has worked out so much better since I have heavy items that would’ve torn up regular hard wood flooring. Gavin was my consultant and he was a top notch representative that further explained the process and guided me through the project. I can’t recommend your team enough, you have amazing employees. When we finally do our entire house, I know where to go. My personal tweak was getting the onyx grout. I wanted a high contrast look, almost cartoonish feel to the wood-look tile. It’s super durable, easy to clean up and really ties the room together. I love my new flooring and the installers also did an amazing job.

Friendly staff in the store that were helpful as we picked out samples to try at home. All scheduling was as expected – we were even called when the opportunity to advance the install came up. Great install staff. All went as we were promised, minimum of fuss and disruption and stayed till all work done to ur satisfaction. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Had Complete Flooring install new floors after our last floor came apart due to a bad install from another cheaper flooring provider. Complete flooring did a great job in a very timely manner, we will be a customer for life!

We have purchased carpet from Complete Flooring on three separate occasions. The second carpet we purchased we noticed the steps were loose and needed stretched. When they installed the third carpet which was over a year after the carpet was installed we asked the installer to look at it and fix it. He addressed the steps during that installed. In December we called as the steps were wrinkled again and the top landing area and asked if someone could come out and fix it so it doesn’t ruin the backing on the carpet. The person at the store said they would send someone out to check it out and it was Roy. This was mid December 2023. He said he would get back to us in a week and said that the carpet was installed 2 1/2yrs ago and they only have a 2 year warranty but he would see what he could do. We followed up several times and they said we are working on it and will get back to you with a proposal?!? Finally after another call in the morning on January 20th (1 month later!) Roy was busy with a customer and called back in the afternoon with a proposal for $600 that included $100 discount to re-stretch the carpet. I can not figure out how carpet would need to be re-stretched multiple times which tells me it was not stretched well enough when it was installed. We have more carpet & flooring to purchase and I am sorry but this is very petty to charge to address what we feel is an installation issue. There are too many flooring companies out there and we will NOT be returning with our business.
