7/15 – Update – Floor Daddy came thru for us and completed the project within a tight timeline. The flooring quality and finished product looks amazing. Shout out to Alex for helping us choose the right product backed up by a very professional install team Brian, that did a terrific job with meticulous detailing on stairs. Only thing that can be worked on is better communication and improving transparency with the scheduling the install. Overall very satisfied customer.

Stopped by Floor daddy today in Tempe, friendly staff and great customer service. Great selection of Hardwood, Floorings, Laminate, Flooring, and vinyl plank flooring. If you’re looking for new flooring and installation, I highly recommend you come check out the guys at floor daddy, make sure to ask them about their Parliament flooring options. The Visions hardwood collection also had several great colors. Tell them Jason and Bill sent you in!

Still unsure if this is a real company. I paid a $500 deposit and it’s been 11 days since my originally scheduled install date for new carpet in 2 bedrooms. I still don’t have any solid answers from this team on when the project will actually be completed. Their phone numbers are hardly ever answered and it takes at least 24 hours to hear back from anyone.

This review will get updated as the process moves along. Alex has been the only highlight of the process thus far in helping me select lvt and carpet for multiples rooms and stairs. However, since that point in time there has been zero correspondence. Come installation date, can’t even get a text or call back. The lack of communication is astonishing and I guarantee this review will get a response before I get any sort of correspondence from anyone at floor daddy.

UPDATE 7/3 – After some delivery and communication challenges, Floor Daddy came through for us! Their install team put in a beautiful floor, and gifted my mother a really nice bouquet of flowers on her birthday along with a new rug for her living room. Timing, clear communication and follow-through are critical for any project; delays are not necessarily a deal breaker if they are communicated however urgency is also a critical component for success and an overall good experience. Thank you for ultimately installing a great floor and more than compensating for delays.

After some delivery challenges, Kevin (coordinator guy), Jason (project manager guy) and Alex my sale guy jumped hoops to get this install done on my time frame due to a strict deadline I had. They were communicative throughout the whole process, patient with me and my timeline, Alex came to my place of work on a Saturday afternoon last minute when I asked to switch the color of flooring due to my original order being delayed. Jason would text or call with any questions he had for me or to answer mine. Jose was my installer and worked around my crazy dog having to be there during install which wasn’t easy. They moved all our stuff and put it all back. They cleaned all the debris and left my house better than it was with the prior carpet. I will definitely use this company again, especially if I get the same crew and team. Thank you for dealing with a very anxious customer with patience and understanding.
