I’ve shopped here several times as a contractor purchasing materials. She gives really good pricing on materials. She has good communication and is reliable. She also does contracting for flooring install. She’s done several jobs for me and her crews are good. She sets her pricing for her crews so that they’re not overcharging customers. They charge fair market value and their work is guaranteed to be good.

I should Have read the reviews before I decided to step foot in this place. The terrible customer service reviews are completely accurate. Excluding the bald guy. He was very helpful. I paid $50 dollars for measurements for carpet and the first excuse for no show was “my carpet guy is not answering” Maria then sent out a “tile guy” to do measurements for “carpet”…. I figured, Cool, Whatever there just measurements, right? Well Maria (supposedly the owner) then tells me she’s not sure if the measurements are accurate and she will get back to me. Well. It’s been just about a week and every single time I call some little girl answers, that I can hardly hear and says she will call you back, she’s busy. I’ve texted Maria, called countless times to her own cell phone and her place of business and she’s no where to be found. She completely blew me off and pretty much took me for my $50. Taking my business to floor source and now having to pay agains for more measurements. ********AZ DISCOUNT FLOORING********** is a scam. Somehow, someway, they will take your money.
