Working with Janet and Kenny was a wonderful non stressful experience. All they wanted was for us to be happy with our choice and went out of their way at every turn to accommodate this. Their knowledge of each type of flooring was excellent and helped with us making our choice. From type of flooring (and we went through a few!) to the right color. Their installer Tom and crew (Dillon) were EXCELLENT. They took great care and respect of our home and my family during their installation. They kept us informed all the way through. It was an amazing experience especially since we replaced ALL of our floors in our home and not just one or two rooms. Consider Janet and Kenny for your home improvements! They won’t let you down.

Ahwatukee Carpets helped us install carpet when we moved into our home in 2018 and the process from start to finish was easy, painless, and yielded a great result. When venturing into home reno I remembered them as a wonderful resource-but mostly remembered for carpet. Boy am I glad I wandered back into the store-it reminded me of how much they have to offer beyond carpet. Janet kindly greeted us when we first visited for this new project and was attentive, eager to help, and thoughtful in her questions to get a feel for what we needed. Throughout the whole project I worked so closely with Janet to source materials of all kinds to help make my vision in my head a reality. Janet keenly listened to what direction I was in, likes and dislikes, and offered great suggestions. She worked tirelessly to source samples of items I would like to help find the right item. She even went down a big search to find something that I wanted that was crazy specific-and she knocked it out of the park. She knocked it out of the park every single time. Janet referred us to other vendors to help with other parts of our projects and everyone she recommended was top notch. Working with Janet felt like I was working with a friend – and I am so grateful for her. She was patient, kind, thoughtful, resourceful, and knowledgable. Never once did I feel pressured – I was always welcomed with the true actions of someone wanting to make sure I loved what I was deciding on and not settling. Communication was always clear, responsive, and kind. I always knew where we were at with things, had the right documentation when needed, and updates from Janet and Leticia kept everyone on track and on the same page. Thanks to Ahwatukee Carpets we found the perfect stone for refacing our entire fireplace, redoing our shower floor, installing an incredible tub surround, our full kitchen backsplash, and baseboards. I am sure I a missing something on the list! Don’t count them out just because the name “Ahwatukee Carpets” as they can truly offer you support for just about anything for your home redesign and with the most incredible customer service and pride behind their work. Thanks Ahwatukee Carpets, and most importantly thank you Janet, for playing such a big role in the transformation of our home and making it feel like OURS!
