From day one, this flooring company spends the time needed to help fulfill yout new flooring/carpet need. I had a budget to stay within, they were very accommodating. Installers were excellent and my project came out awesome. Hands down they are a excellent choice.

Flooring was put in great. No complaints about it. Would I use them again? Yes, if I only had to work with Jose, the floor installer. Dealing with Colby? I mean, his punctuality was great, completely forgetting the estimate appointment we set up. Oh and his customer service was awesome too, when he scheduled his installer to come at 10 am on Monday, and 11 am rolled around and I hadn’t heard a word from him. Asked him if his punctuality was going to be a pattern, and he blatantly ignored my text. I felt really appreciated as a customer. Then a day later when he showed up to my house to deliver a part to the installer, he was really nice when he walked in my house, I said “hey”, and he completely ignored me and walked past me, in my own house, to talk with his worker. Not sure if he’s just unprofessional or immature. I’d rather pay 2 grand more next time to work with someone who’s shows respect and takes accountability.

Dude tried to run me off the road! Pulled out in front of me and tried to break checked me when he cut me off getting off the freeway pulling into MY lane. Follow the lane lines dude! Then he proceeded to act like he was going to run his van into my car. Which clearly had his company name on the side, smart move 🤣
