Sale associate, Amy was great in helping with bathroom flooring ….installers were great … had a new sink installed after floor was completed and it was left with a gap of old flooring ..Gaint Don’s manger came by and said they would fix it …. Flooring was removed and new one was installed …great job… Gaint Don’s take care of there customers

So I had gone in and asked to get carpet for MY BEDROOM gave the measurements. And onaon a peicenof paper gave measurements to the HALLWAY. And my person who picked it up told me that he had so many feet. For pick up and the bedroom was not there. And so I got very upset!! I got a call from Azjahon and the store Manger worked with me to keep my business. And took care of. my issue and thank you

I spent thousands of dollars to carpet and install vinyl plank flooring for my entire house. I wanted to support a local company so went with Giant Dons. Unfortunately for me, I have had problems with the stair noses and the transition pieces at the doors They continually pop off which is a hazard. My son in law fell down the stairs while holding my grandson, thank goodness they weren’t hurt. That particular stair nose was ruined and Giant Dons said they don’t have a replacement. From my salesperson, Alex to the manager, Mike I have been on permanent ignore even though the products are guaranteed. It’s been months. I noticed the reviews on the website are super positive so I don’t expect my review to be presented but I’m pretty sure I’m not the only person who has experienced dissatisfaction and disappointment with Giant Dons. My two cents and thanks for the vent.

We loved working with Ion. He exercised total professionalism from the day we walked into Giant Don’s until the day our flooring was installed throughout our house. He was very helpful in answering our questions about their products and never made us feel rushed. He was absolutely thorough when he measured our house. And he was immensely patient with us as we thought through all the ways to deal with the many stairs and levels in our home. It’s almost a year later and we are loving our laminate floors. Thank you, Ion.

The staff in Wasilla is great and I would recommend using them. Amy will help you and she’s good. Keith is very knowledgeable. Hoping they work on my floors…I was told Al is a good installer and I would like him…

From the sales associate to the installer , A+++, excellent customer service, great products. A special shout out to Kevin he does brilliant work , very meticulous and he takes great pride in his work…perfectionist!! We replaced all the carpet and full laminate throughout the house . Looks so pectacular . I highly recommend if you want ideal flooring ….Giant Dons…look no further . Check out the before and after of our stairs !!
