Our salesman, Glen Hawthorne, made the process of our challenging home remodel one of the best experiences of our entire quite extensive project! From the initial interaction through a big hiccup in the middle (not his fault) until the last piece of flooring was put in place, he truly made us feel as if we were his most important customer – a rarity in today’s general lack of service world. I truly believe our flooring project would have sunk without him. Of course he has to have a caring management backing him up which was evident when the problem with the original order occurred. Everyone we dealt with at Wheat’s was knowledgeable, professional, and truly caring about all the stress involved with a major renovation project. They made sure they were not the cause of any added pressure as we made our way to the finish line. Thank you Wheat’s and especially Glen for all your efforts! It was noticed, appreciated, and will ensure if we ever have future flooring needs we know who to call.

Just used Wheats again. Glen Hawthorne did an excellent job taking care of my needs. Great communication and follow up. You can’t go wrong!! Tracy Gooden and Andre did such an amazing job. Glenn was such a pleasure to work with! He assisted us in choosing carpet after we discovered a small leak that made its way into our daughters bedroom. Glenn Hawthorne at Wheat’s Carpet One was very helpful to us in choosing our new LVP flooring that Wheat’s also installed for us. When we mentioned to Glenn that we were planning to replace our kitchen countertops, to have our kitchen painted, and to install an HVAC system in a small shop area, he handled that for us also. We are very pleased with all of the work that was done for us.
