If you are a contractor that is Latin DO NOT waste your time here because they don’t have time for you and will refuse to assist you because they are racist and think you are broke when in reality you have 5 jobs lined up and will be spending THOUSANDS of dollars. As a contractor of 34 year I can say that Home Depot and Lowe’s have equal quality products but 1000000% better service. Floor & decor has decent quality product but absolutely horrible customer service. DO NOT waste your time here.

We have been going to floor and decor for many years and they have the best selection of all types of flooring/tile with affordable pricing. My go to pro customer support throughout the years has been Robert. He literally goes beyond and above to make sure all of my flooring and tile needs are met and is a true expert in all things floor and decor! Robert gets a 11/10 rating from our company & is a true asset to this company!!!

Just had an amazing experience with Thomas! He took my wife and I around the store to compare flooring quality and find patterns similar to what we were looking for. Each floor type was explained in detail on durability, water resistance, and foot feel. Couldn’t have been a better experience thanks to him!

The gentleman that works in the back (Robert) does not have good people skills. My wife asked if he would show her where to find a certain grout and he told her It’s in numeric order. Where he didn’t want to get up. Then tried to give us a class on it. There was no vehicle in the loading when we pulled in there, we paid upfront before we ever pulled in the back. We were the only vehicle in the back and four vehicles showed up after us, and got loaded before us. very disappointed in the customer service

Seem to always be well staffed and even if the floor is empty the back has always had more of what I need. Employees can easily look it up and grab what you need. Very helpful people
