Awful experience. It started off fine, and rapidly turned into a huge waste of time and complete lack of professionalism and care. I came in, and said I was trying to get carpet installed as soon as I can for a house I’m trying to put on the market. Everything was prepped and ready. The guy was nice and happy to help. He came out to measure. He got me a quote, I picked an in-stock carpet, and he said the installer would call me to set up a date of install. Never heard another word. I called him days later, and he said the installer wanted to come look at it too, since we had some unique banisters to cut around. I said ok, I’ll be home that day. Didn’t tell me anything about that until I called. Installer never called and never showed. I called him again, and he said the installer will call me and come out. No word. A week later, I am now scrambling to find someone else because I’ve lost another week on a rushed project thanks to these people. STILL never got another call. So I wasted two weeks on these people who said they could do it fast. Now I’m two weeks further behind from a project I very specifically said needed to be completed quickly, and that they said they could do. Absolutely unprofessional on every level. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone, and you can bet I’ll tell everyone looking for flooring to avoid them. I literally said anything in stock will do, as soon as possible, and I am not picky about how it is installed – the house is being sold. it would’ve been an easy job, and they still blew it. I’m furious at the waste of time they created, how far they set me behind , the unprofessionalism, and especially the lack of communication.

The people at floor were so nice and helpful. Picking my flooring was so easy. They understood immediately what I wanted and second sample was it. Thank you floor gallery.
