I am always intimidated by bringing in professionals to do a service in my home because I don’t know much about what’s available or even what a reasonable price is. Not with Ron & Russ. They explained everything so well and answered all of my questions. The work was done in a day and, of course, it turned out beautiful. I will go back every time I need any flooring work and know that it will be done right the first time!! Thank you!

Very poor experience with the owners. We ordered carpet for delivery on a very specific date over a month in advance. Two days prior to installation it took me four calls/left messages to get a call back. They had forgot to schedule our installation and didnt have an installer. Finally, contracted with an installer, one guy, who didnt complete the installation in time for our movers. It cost me an additional $208 with our movers since they had to wait for the carpet installation to be completed. Installer didn’t even clean up when finished. Very unhappy with the quality of their customer service. I would not recommend using them.

Ron and Russ are the “go to guys” for any flooring purchase and installation. They were all kind, considerate, compassionate, and professional! It was actually pleasant. The way it SHOULD BE when you get new flooring installed! Installation was timely, clean and professional! Highly recommended! I’ll be back. Thank you!
