Our schools first project with L&A Crystal was in 2012. We planned on replacing the school hallway carpeting with new carpet but then we saw what L&A Crystal could do. They polished the 29 year old concrete hallway floor, applied color and a large logo. No more vacuuming and shampooing carpet. And all of the wet winter smells were gone. We were extremely pleased with the workmanship and the results. So pleased that when we built a 20,000 sq. ft. addition in 2018 we asked them to come back and polish the new hallway floor. Again, we were extremely satisfied. Not only would I use L&A Crystal again, I would also recommend them to anyone considering a new or existing floor. Maintenance in our 250 student school consists of daily dry mopping and the use of a ride on powered scrubbing machine with a mild solution. No waxing. No stripping. Much less time spent maintaining floors. I would actually give L&A Crystal 10 stars. Best decision we could have made.

We are a highrise condo in downtown Milwaukee. L&A resurfaced our garage floor and our experience was nothing but positive. From the bidding and proposal process through project completion they were on top of every detail and excellent with their communication. The workers were respectful and courteous to all our residents and we would 100% use this company again. We also recommend them to our individual owners for personal smaller scale projects.
