Our 70 year old floors look wonderful thanks to Seattle Hardwood Flooring. But in addition to the floor’s beauty Seattle Hardwood was wonderful to work with. They were good with communications; respected our needs and requests; were very timely; true to their word, and so incredibly tidy! I expected hours of cleaning up dust but I didn’t have to. We had them refinish a living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway, and three bedrooms!

Communication was great from start to finish. They were able to integrate new wood in to our existing wood throughout the home, sand and stained to maintain consistency. The timeframe was exactly as discussed. The end result is exactly what we had hoped for. Thank you for the wonderful work!

After discovering and fixing a plumbing issue I had to have my entire downstairs hardwood floors replaced. I worked with Raul and team at Seattle Hardwood Floors and my new flooring looks absolutely stunning. Throughout the entire process the team was communicative, helpful, and extremely friendly. I was able to get the work quoted, scheduled, and installed quickly for the size of the project. The quality of the install by Raul Jr and the additional painting project I added on make it feel like I have a brand new, gorgeous downstairs. Highly recommend!

Seattle Hardwood floors did amazing work relaying hardwood and staining/refinishing all my floors, in my process to rebuild my kitchen after an appliance flood. They were a great price too. Raul Jr and his team took so much pride in their work which seems to be a rare thing these days. Raul quickly answered any questions I had and was so nice to work with. They even stained a new beam I put in so it matched the floors. I can’t get over how well these floors turned out. Would for sure use again. I included before and after pictures of the space.

I would like to have been able to provide a positive review about their installation work, but it never got that far. Initial contact was quick and we set a date for the in-house consultation. I left work early the day of the appointment to be sure I was home in time. I get a call 10 minutes before the appointment saying they will be an hour late. I understand things come up, but you will know you are going to be late sooner than 10 minutes prior. When they did arrive onsite, they only spent a few minutes looking over the job and said they would send over the bid. Two messages sent to their online portal, one email and one voicemail later and still no bid. I guess they have enough work and are not interested in my job.

Recently, I had Seattle Hardwood Floors come out to refinish my kitchen and dining room floors. Raul gave me a fair bid and was very professional. He arrived on time and finished the work in a timely manner. The floors look wonderful and I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking to have floors refinished.

We could not be happier with the work that Raul and his crew did in our 100 year-old house! We were in the process of remodeling the first floor, including replacing a mix of worn out 1/4” top nailed oak, beat up fir, and adhesive tiles when we first talked with Raul. His suggestion to remove the old flooring and install the new 3/4” white oak then and wait until the rest of the work was completed to finish it was brilliant! His crew installed the new floors, we covered them to protect them while the rest of the work continued and they’ve just completed the job. One HUGE surprise to all of us was a big dip in one corner of the family room when we removed the old flooring. Raul Jr and the crew didn’t miss a beat. They worked to level the floor and install the new oak for a very modest add to our contract. These folks knows their business, are master craftspeople, responsive, friendly, punctual, and just the nicest people we’ve worked with through a long remodel. We couldn’t be happier and heartily recommend them to anyone considering floor work! Thank you Raul, Raul Jr, and all the Seattle Hardwood Floors crew! It was a pleasure to have you in our home! Raul and his team refinished our old fir floors. They did a terrific job, within the timeframe they had given us (finishing ahead of schedule) and left everything dust free and super clean. We love the outcome and would highly recommend them.
