We are very happy with the results of sanding and refinishing of our wood floors done by Capitol Floors. Nelson’s crew did great work . Our floors are 30 years old and look new. They came a few days before and did a color sample on the floors so we were ready to go on the start date. The crew was on time & cleaned up every day . The price was reasonable and work was great . I would use Capitol Floors again!

Nelson’s team were efficient and professional. When evaluating the floors he recommended to just buff and coat without needing to sand and finish. The professionalism and knowledge in recommending the most efficient and cost effective solution is what everyone needs in a company. The price was fair for the work and they scheduled the project to work around our schedule. Would hire again.

Nelson answered his phone and set up an appointment for an estimate the following Monday. We had 1200sf of hardwood to be resurfaced and carpeted stairs to be replaced with wood. The job started on Thursday and was finished Monday morning. The communication, price, and workmanship is incredible. We will be contacting Nelson for future projects and will not hesitate to refer him.

Nelson and his team did a fantastic job refinishing the wood floors in our house. The main floor is all wood. We were able to schedule the work right away, and they finished the job within the week. They sanded the dark stain down to bare wood and refinished the floors restoring them to their natural color per our request. They kept the dust to a minimum and hauled away all trash leaving no mess behind. Nelson kept us informed of progress throughout the project and answered all questions. We are very pleased with their work and would use Capitol Flooring again.

We used Capitol flooring last week to refinish our floors and we were very happy with how it turned out. The process took a day and a half. We went with the water based top coat. When booking make sure to consider that you will not be able to walk on the floor for at least a few hours (or a day if you use oil based). After the floors dried we noticed a spot missed by the top coat. We contacted Capitol flooring and they immediately came out and fixed it. We are happy with the quality, price, and service. We will use them again in the future
