I worked for these crooks and let me tell you THEY ARE CON ARTISTS DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I worked for an entire 9 days without receiving a paycheck because I told the customer about things that were not done properly that Mr Andy lied to these people face about and because I told the truth they fabricated an entire story to withhold my money that I was practically slaved for. They are also racist I can’t tell you how many racist jokes I heard the bosses spewing out on warehouse unloading days. Was on a job site in Williamsburg and one of the crew leads named Austin stole equipment that was from another company there doing work on the same building as us and tried to frame me for it since i wss the new guy. Plenty other great companies that are much cheaper and more honest people. Also Oliver who’s an employee drinks liquor al day while driving company vans and trucks and Louis and Chris smoke Marijuana and sniff cocaine in the van and on job sites. Highly unprofessional company

By far the best Flooring company I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. The work quality of their subcontractors and hourly employees is far above average. I’ve been in the industry for nearly 16 years now and DMA shows constance in quality with a verity of materials. The staff is kind and informative. I highly recommend this company.

Tile installed in 2018. This is what poor quality looks like when tile is not properly installed. They put grout where a tile should be, so it is now breaking down at the threshold.

Please note this is a zero star review. We renovated a historic home in which we utilized a general contractor. That general contractor utilized DMA Flooring for our tile in the kitchen, mudroom and bathroom. We confirmed our grout choice with DMA and was not told we needed to be home for grouting. When we arrived home later that day, the grout color was a pearl gray per the bag left behind, not the charcoal we picked for the kitchen and mudroom. We were told to give it 28 days to cure and it would darken. It didn’t darken, it lightened. I was told by DMA they would correct the color with a color impregnator if the grout didn’t darken. After months of the color not darkening, I voiced that I was not happy with the grout to the general contractor. I was informed by the general contractor that DMA was aware of my situation, said that I approved the grout color and they were not going to fix it. So I paid for something that I didn’t want, and I was also blamed for it. I still have the text messages with our initial color choice and voicing our concern regarding the grout color after installation, in which your company chose to ignore our concern.

Don’t know about the work they do…. However they can’t drive for nothing…. They like to cut ppl off and pull out in front of vehicles. This morning it happened to me and they forced me off the road. Cary and Threechopt. You are lucky I was on the way to work or you would have been confronted.

We had a great experience with our carpet install. The estimator did a fantastic job and was super easy to work with, the installation gentlemen were efficient and courteous, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. HIGHLY recommend their company!
