Good general selection of flooring. Staff was definitely better than big box floor stores but not as knowledgeable as old shops like Wertz.

Picking out the carpet, scheduling, and installation was great. Carpet quality is beautiful. Took off a star because after installation was complete I came downstairs to find the installers walking on the BRAND NEW carpet that THEY installed, vacuuming it with their dirty outside shoes on. That’s also our toddler’s main play area. Recommendation to please use shoe covers at least next time.

We had the vinyl flooring in our bathroom replaced with tile and they did a fantastic job! Everyone was a pleasure to work with – from the showroom/scheduling to the installers. We will definitely be keeping them in mind for future projects!

Their driver was on the phone, one to his ear and had another in his hand. They almost hit me and made me veer into traffic in the next lane. My children were scared for their life as they kept coming into our lane. Tried to call the office and no one answered. Left message no response. Hopefully their flooring jobs are better then their driving.

We had ODF install new carpet (upstairs) and hardwood on our stairs and main level. We unfortunately ran into many problems. For our carpet install – home was left unlocked, windows wide open, job left incomplete, and left multiple very squeaky spots. When I called about this, I was told they do not do subfloor work and we would be left with the squeaks. However, when a repair man came out to fix the unfinished closet, he said they could absolutely take care of the squeaks (which they did!). When our hardwood stairs were complete, we were left with poor workmanship on the trim. When they were called back out to our home, they corrected it after discussions. It’s a shame that paying over $10,000 for flooring and we had to have multiple items addressed and corrected – instead of having a good experience from the start. As a local professional who works with many contractors, I unfortunately cannot recommend ODF after our experience.

A very friendly and helpful staff that can show you just about any floor covering you need. Haven’t had the installation done yet, but expect about the same regarding that aspect as well.
