Incredible service! I got 6 quotes from different companies and Modified was the best price! The crew was fantastic to work with and so friendly and professional. They left my house cleaner than when they came. There wasn’t a scrap left on my driveway when they left. I felt 100% comfortable with all of the guys in my home. I will tell everyone I know about this company and I’ll be using them for future projects!

They came in and cut and took tile flooring out ! They were running a bit late and called ahead of time to let me know which was very much appreciated ( things happen and I understand that ) They did show up on time after that and were very nice and pleasant , we walked the area and went over everything before they started work . These young men were respectful and worked hard and thoroughly and left everything very clean and took all garbage with them !! We couldn’t have been more pleased with these young men and the company !!! Thank you for the great experience !!!

If you have a chance to use this company, jump on it! They removed all of the tile in our home in preparation for new flooring and I have seldom had a better experience with a company. Their workers were professional and friendly and kept me up-to-date constantly about what was happening. They worked extremely hard and were polite and I cannot even tell you how little dust we had in our home, for having tile removed. I did not know that was even possible. Truly, these guys are amazing! Use them NOW!

Modified was AMAZING!! Demo crew was on time, professional and extremely clean. They walked me through the process and even helped move a few items for me when I wasn’t completely ready. I really appreciate how hard they worked! Tile demo is not an easy job and it was definitely worth hiring them.

So so impressed with the services from Modified Flooring. Cameron was the team lead. He was very great to talk to and work with. The team was on time. They were very good about telling me what the plan was. They were very quick. It was extremely loud but that is to be expected with tile removal. They cleaned up everything so nicely, way more then what we expected. They were very respectful! They were able to get all of the baseboards off without messing up any of them. Overall so very happy with the work they did. Would highly recommend this company.

Modified flooring did a great job tearing out my tile and wood in preparation for new flooring! They showed up on time, they were efficient, and courteous, and did a quality job cutting,, and cleaning with very minimal dust. And at a fair price!! I highly recommend this service!
