From start to finish, the team kept us in the loop, maintained a perfect schedule, and suggested improvements that made our kitchen more functional and brighter. Dustin, the owner, was approachable, honest, and managed everything professionally. The entire crew, including cabinet installers, tilers, electricians, and plumbers, made the process seamless and stress-free. Would we recommend them? ABSOLUTELY! Utah Remodel Works will be our first call for any future renovation projects.

US TOP HOMES 23 hours agoUnfortunately I can’t recommend this company anymore. Initially they were very responsive, but once problems started to happen, they no longer felt the need to prioritize the work needed to fix my bathrooms. one of my bathrooms is no longer in working condition, I’ve informed them of this, and they are unresponsive to fix it.

Steed Construction 3 years agoI’ve been the owner’s rep on 2 projects involving Steed as the general contractor. Each time, I’ve been thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and transparency. As an owner’s rep, it’s important that I have the information I need, the schedule stays on track, and the budget stays healthy. Steed has been that key partner for me on these projects and I look forward to many future projects with them.

Not only did Jeff and his team identify several potential causes, but he presented a variety of options to repair and prevent future damages. All of the subs that worked on various aspects of the job were efficient, professional, and completed the work to a high degree of quality. Our project managers, Don and Flick were fantastic! Both communicated expectations and timelines thoroughly, were responsive, and flexible in working with our busy schedules. We highly recommend Source!!
