GC Flooring Pros is a fantastic company!! Our house recently had water damage due to a leaking dishwasher. Jeff Cappon came to our home to assess the damage and provide us with an initial estimate. After we accepted him as our contractor, he worked directly with the insurance adjuster and answered all questions and concerns the adjuster had. He consistently kept us in the loop when communicating to our insurance company. The letters GC in the name should stand for Great Company, Great Contractor, or Great Communicators, because Jeff and his staff kept us informed every step of the way. They communicated what to expect, timelines, and any unexpected issues needing to be mitigated. They were quick to respond to any questions we had regarding the project. They accommodated changes we wanted for our kitchen vent hood and were really helpful and patient with assisting us with flooring options. Renovating our home after water damage was very stressful and inconvenient. GC Flooring Pros made that transition much easier and less stressful because of their great communication, and the quality of their work. Jeff’s team did a phenomenal job, and to be clear, we are 100% satisfied with the work they did for us. GC Flooring Pros is a wonderful company with a salt of the earth staff, and we would definitely recommend this company for all of your flooring and restoration needs. Germaine & Tiffany G.

After getting bids from several flooring company, we selected GC Flooring Pros to replace most of the carpet in our house with engineered hardwood. We could not be happier with our choice to go with GC Flooring Pros! Their pricing was competitive with other bids we received, but the deciding factor was their customer service. From the moment we accepted their bid, the communication was top notch. And, when I had questions or nit-picky feedback on a couple installation details, GC was quick to respond and resolve my concerns. The install crew were true craftspeople that clearly cared about doing a high quality installation. They were also very respectful, and we had no concerns having them our house for nearly a week. I highly recommend GC Flooring Pros, and we will be using them for flooring projects in the future!

GC Flooring Pros refinished some existing hand scraped wood floors in a home we recently purchased and installed new wood flooring in the primary bedroom. The finished projects were as close to perfect as humanly possible. Dealing with them from the owner, Jeff, salesman, Trey, and floor artisan, German, was a pleasure and I would never trust any future flooring work to anyone else. I wish all projects we’ve u retaken were as nicely, professionally, and expediently performed.

We love the carpet they installed in our house. The padding is thick and feels so nice to walk on the carpet. The carpet is very soft and they were very professional in their dealings with us. We highly recommend them

Great company to complete a big flooring project. Friendly, fast communication, and integrity. This was my first time doing any renovations and they answered all my questions throughout the project. We worked with Trey and he was awesome!

Would highly recommend GC Flooring. I called to get a quote and spoke with Jeff the owner, and then within hours the same day Trey came out got the measurements for the hardwood and carpeted rooms. Then went into the Frisco showroom looked at some options and got the install booked the same day it was measured. We had some timing constraints, and they were awesome to work with us on getting crews the following week. Valeria the PM and Trey had great communication and status updates throughout the whole project. The finished product and install looked amazing!

We chose GC Flooring because of their stellar reviews on Google and Yelp. We had a large job where the entire floor of our house had to be demo’d (ceramic) and replaced by luxury vinyl tile (Coretec in Cyril Oak) Ivan was responsive, transparent, and let us know exactly what to expect during the entire process. The crew was professional, friendly, and meticulous – they installed our flooring perfectly. It has the look, feel, and vibe of real wood, and we could not be happier. We have several projects in the works for our new home, and plan on using GC Flooring for every project we can. They are top drawer.
